Look, I’ve stayed at plenty of places in Łódź, but Park Zen, taras i widok na park genuinely surprised me – and honestly, it’s one of those spots that makes you wonder why more people aren’t talking about it. You know that feeling when you book somewhere online and cross your fingers it won’t be a disaster? Well, this was the opposite of that.

The location on Nawrot is actually perfect if you want to be in Śródmieście without dealing with the usual tourist chaos. I mean, you’re close enough to walk to Piotrkowska Street in about ten minutes, but far enough away that you’re not hearing drunk groups stumbling home at 3 AM. The building itself sits right across from this lovely little park – hence the name, obviously – and I spent way more time than I expected just sitting on that terrace they mention, watching locals walk their dogs and kids play football. There’s something oddly calming about having that green space right there, especially when Łódź can feel pretty urban and industrial in other areas.

What really got me though was how thoughtfully everything was put together. The room wasn’t huge – this is a 3-star place, not some luxury resort – but every detail felt intentional. The bed was actually comfortable (you know how hit-or-miss that can be), the Wi-Fi worked perfectly for my work calls, and the bathroom had this surprisingly good shower with decent water pressure. Honestly, I’ve stayed at supposedly fancier places where half the stuff didn’t work properly. The terrace access was the real winner though – not every room has it, so definitely ask when you book. I had my morning coffee out there every day, and it just set this peaceful tone that carried through the rest of my time exploring the city. The staff spoke English well enough, which isn’t always a given in this part of Łódź, and they actually seemed to care about whether you were enjoying your stay rather than just going through the motions. Check-in was smooth, they had good recommendations for nearby restaurants (try the pierogi place two blocks down on Nawrot – locals eat there, always a good sign), and when I had a minor issue with the room key, they sorted it out immediately without any drama. That 9.6 rating isn’t just inflated review scores – it’s because they’re doing the small things right consistently, which honestly matters more than fancy amenities you’ll never use.

  Luksusowo wykończony apartament zarówno w części mieszkalnej jak i w częściach wspólnych. Bardzo duży taras w widokiem na park, cicha i spokojna okolica. Przestronne wnętrze, 4-osobowa rodzina miała wystarczającą ilość miejsca. Apartament w pełni wyposażony, zarówno w środki czystości ja i wyposażenie kuchenne. Bardzo blisko do sklepu i centrum miasta. Bezproblemowy kontakt z właścicielem.

  Modern, comfy and clean apartment, it is quiet with enough privacy, very good location, easy access from the main street. The balcony view over the park is awesome and refreshing, free basement parking is a big plus. I think it's one of the best places to stay in Łódż, easily 10/10
