You’re literally living on it at number 122, which means you can stumble out your door and find everything from traditional Polish restaurants to those trendy craft beer spots that have been popping up around Śródmieście. I mean, the neighborhood name literally translates to “city center,” so you’re not exactly roughing it location-wise. What I really appreciated was how easy it was to walk to the Manufaktura shopping center (about 10 minutes) or catch a tram to other parts of the city – though honestly, you’ll probably spend most of your time just wandering Piotrkowska itself.

The apartment definitely earns its 4-star rating and that impressive 9.1 from other travelers. The space feels more like staying at a well-traveled friend’s place than a sterile hotel room. The building has that solid, old-world construction that means you’re not hearing every footstep from upstairs, which is actually a blessing when you’re in the heart of such a busy street. Check-in was refreshingly straightforward – none of that awkward fumbling with key cards or hunting for reception desks. One thing to keep in mind: like most historic buildings in this part of Łódź, there’s no elevator, so factor in those stairs if you’re traveling with heavy luggage. But honestly, it’s worth it for the authentic experience of staying in a real piece of the city’s architecture. The whole setup gives you this insider’s view of how Łódź has evolved from its industrial past into this surprisingly vibrant cultural hub, and you’ll actually understand why locals are so proud of their city’s comeback story.

  Zdjecia obiektu są identyczne jak rzeczywisty apartament. Wszystko się zgadza. Wyposażenie świetne (toster, mikrofalówka, ekspres do kawy, zmywarka, suszarka, żelazko bardzo dużo sprzętu). Polecam, było nas 9 osób w tym 4 dzieci, i spaliśmy bez zakłóceń mimo, że Piotrowska "za rogiem". Rewelacja, polecam!!!

  Entrance with code – safe and convenient; many bedrooms, comfortable beds, clean bedding; each of them has a TV and wardrobes; the kitchen has everything you might need; warm, cozy and very spacious apartment

  We had a lovely stay at the apartment. Very good location. Nice large beds. Good size bathroom with shower and bath. Despite being very cold outside, apartment was nice and warm. Super clean. Very good communication with the owner. Would definitely recommend especially for a larger groups.

  The location is great. It is in the most popular part of the Piotrkowska street. The flat is very spacious! Three big bedrooms, big open space living room with kitchen and a bonus of a big Hal with comfy sofas.
  
  What could be improved: The owners need to work on cleanliness. The washing machine could not be used. It was smelling really nasty and full of mould. We bought special tablets for cleaning it but still smelled bad. The shelves in the kitchen were dirty and the dishes as well. It is a big space to clean but cannot be an excuse to leave it as it was. It looked as if the flat was cleaned but not refreshed before we came, thus dusty. And the appliances like washing machine need to be checked regularly as well as dishwasher which lacked salt and therefore didn’t dry that well.

  The apartment was exceptional, and the location was excellent. Wodz was beyond what I was expecting will differently return and will highly recommend to family and friends.
