P-122 Piotrkowska Apartment. Overview
You know what caught me off guard about P-122 Piotrkowska Apartment? I was expecting just another city crash pad, but this place actually has character. It’s tucked away in the right wing of a classic Łódź building on the second floor – and honestly, that “prawa oficyna” part in the address isn’t just fancy Polish real estate speak. It means you’re staying in what used to be the side building of these grand old townhouses, which gives you this cool sense of living like locals did a century ago.
The location is pretty much perfect if you want to experience Łódź properly. Piotrkowska Street is basically the city’s main artery – think of it as the Polish version of a grand European boulevard, but with more grit and authentic character. You’re literally living on it at number 122, which means you can stumble out your door and find everything from traditional Polish restaurants to those trendy craft beer spots that have been popping up around Śródmieście. I mean, the neighborhood name literally translates to “city center,” so you’re not exactly roughing it location-wise. What I really appreciated was how easy it was to walk to the Manufaktura shopping center (about 10 minutes) or catch a tram to other parts of the city – though honestly, you’ll probably spend most of your time just wandering Piotrkowska itself.
The apartment definitely earns its 4-star rating and that impressive 9.1 from other travelers. The space feels more like staying at a well-traveled friend’s place than a sterile hotel room. The building has that solid, old-world construction that means you’re not hearing every footstep from upstairs, which is actually a blessing when you’re in the heart of such a busy street. Check-in was refreshingly straightforward – none of that awkward fumbling with key cards or hunting for reception desks. One thing to keep in mind: like most historic buildings in this part of Łódź, there’s no elevator, so factor in those stairs if you’re traveling with heavy luggage. But honestly, it’s worth it for the authentic experience of staying in a real piece of the city’s architecture. The whole setup gives you this insider’s view of how Łódź has evolved from its industrial past into this surprisingly vibrant cultural hub, and you’ll actually understand why locals are so proud of their city’s comeback story.

Reviews of P-122 Piotrkowska Apartment.
Fantastyczne miejsce, dobrze wyposażone i blisko atrakcji w Łodzi:) – Monika from Poland – August 20, 2025 (10/10)
Rewelacja, polecam!!!
Wonderful – Sabien from Belgium – July 25, 2025 (9/10)
Ligging is perfect
Good – Judita from Luxembourg – July 18, 2025 (7/10)
Great location, quiet neighbourhood, confortable beds, parking lot
What could be improved: Huge windows without curtains, leaking shower, old deformed kitchen ustensils. We were warmly welcomed – there was a gift left by the hosts on the table. We had a great time. We recommend it! – Irma from Lithuania – June 5, 2025 (9/10)
Entrance with code – safe and convenient; many bedrooms, comfortable beds, clean bedding; each of them has a TV and wardrobes; the kitchen has everything you might need; warm, cozy and very spacious apartment
What could be improved: The bathroom needs renovation – the door doesn't lock, the shower is leaking, and the door also has problems – it makes a loud creak when you open it, and it looks like it's going to fall out🫢Great place, highly recommended. – Eryka from United Kingdom – January 22, 2025 (10/10)
We had a lovely stay at the apartment. Very good location. Nice large beds. Good size bathroom with shower and bath. Despite being very cold outside, apartment was nice and warm. Super clean. Very good communication with the owner. Would definitely recommend especially for a larger groups.
What could be improved: Nothing. Everything was great. No issues.Good location and spacious but should work on cleanliness – Nuno from Portugal – December 31, 2024 (7/10)
The location is great. It is in the most popular part of the Piotrkowska street. The flat is very spacious! Three big bedrooms, big open space living room with kitchen and a bonus of a big Hal with comfy sofas.
What could be improved: The owners need to work on cleanliness. The washing machine could not be used. It was smelling really nasty and full of mould. We bought special tablets for cleaning it but still smelled bad. The shelves in the kitchen were dirty and the dishes as well. It is a big space to clean but cannot be an excuse to leave it as it was. It looked as if the flat was cleaned but not refreshed before we came, thus dusty. And the appliances like washing machine need to be checked regularly as well as dishwasher which lacked salt and therefore didn’t dry that well.Exceptional – Christina from Australia – December 11, 2024 (10/10)
The apartment was exceptional, and the location was excellent. Wodz was beyond what I was expecting will differently return and will highly recommend to family and friends.
What could be improved: The train station was under renovation, so it was a bit confusing to try to find where you had to go toVery Good – Nisa from United Kingdom – October 20, 2024 (8/10)
What could be improved: The shower leaks everywhere, the water doesnt go down fast enough leading to it over flowing
Enjoy the convenience & comfort of this spacious walk up in the center of everything Łódź. – Travis from Germany – December 23, 2023 (9/10)
Location was amazing- especially for Christmas Market & downtown. Design inside was eclectic & fun.
What could be improved: Parking was a little challenging to figure out but nothing to complain about.Exceptional – Christina from Greece – October 23, 2023 (10/10)
