The building sits right at number 130, which puts you smack in the heart of Łódź’s main pedestrian strip – and I mean *the* strip where everything happens.

The apartment itself has this really clean, minimalist thing going on without feeling cold or sterile. I appreciated that they didn’t go overboard with themed decorations (thank god, because I was half-expecting soccer balls everywhere). Instead, you get these thoughtful touches – good lighting, actually comfortable furniture, and a kitchen that’s not just for show. The windows face Piotrkowska, which means you get some street energy during the day, but honestly the noise dies down pretty well at night. I was worried about that initially since this stretch can get lively, especially on weekends when the bars and restaurants below really get going.

What I really loved was being able to walk everywhere – the OFF Piotrkowska Center is literally across the street, Manufaktura shopping complex is maybe a 15-minute walk, and you’re surrounded by some genuinely good restaurants and cafes that locals actually frequent. There’s this great pierogi place just a few doors down that I stumbled into twice (okay, three times). The 9.1 rating makes total sense when you factor in that you’re getting apartment-style space and privacy at hotel-level service. Check-in was smooth – they actually met me at the property, which I appreciated since apartment-style places can sometimes leave you hunting around for keys. Parking can be a bit tricky on Piotrkowska itself, but there are options nearby if you’re driving. Most people end up walking everywhere anyway once they realize how central this location is. For a 3-star place, it punches above its weight class – you’re not getting fancy concierge service or a spa, but you are getting a really solid base for exploring Łódź without paying premium hotel prices for the privilege.

  What could be improved: Brakowało mi małego żelazka ale to tylko dlatego że akurat mielismy przyjecie weselne, nie było cukru (nie każdy potrzebuje) i moim zdaniem woda w czajniku i ekspresie do kawy powinna być raczej opróżniana po każdej rezerwacji. Poza tym wszystko super

  Location was ideal for experiencing Lodz – eating, shopping etc. Right above the main street but not in the noisiest bit. Next to the OFF entertainment area.
