Nowoczesny 100m2 apartament w centrum Overview
I’ll be honest – when I first saw Nowoczesny 100m2 apartament w centrum listed online, the name made me chuckle a bit (it literally just means “modern 100m2 apartment in the center” in Polish), but you know what? Sometimes the most straightforward places surprise you the most. This three-star spot on Żeromskiego Street turned out to be exactly what I needed during my stay in Łódź, even if it’s not going to win any design awards.
The location is actually pretty clever – Żeromskiego runs right through one of the more interesting parts of the city, and you’re genuinely walking distance from Piotrkowska Street, which is where all the action happens. I mean, it’s about a 10-minute stroll to the main pedestrian zone where you’ll find decent restaurants and that whole revitalized downtown vibe Łódź has been working on. The building itself is typical Polish residential architecture – nothing fancy, but solid. The apartment really does feel like 100 square meters, which is generous by European standards, and I appreciated having actual space to spread out my stuff instead of living out of a suitcase in some cramped hotel room.
What struck me most was how the place felt lived-in rather than sterile. The furniture is modern enough (hence the name, I suppose), and the kitchen was surprisingly well-equipped – I actually cooked a few meals there using ingredients from the Biedronka supermarket just down the street. The Wi-Fi worked fine, which honestly can be hit-or-miss in this part of Poland, and the shower had decent pressure. Look, it’s not luxury, and the 7.3 rating feels about right – there were some minor quirks like the slightly noisy heating system and windows that could use better soundproofing when trams go by. But for the price point, and especially if you’re planning to actually explore Łódź rather than just crash somewhere, it works really well. The neighborhood has this authentic, non-touristy feel since you’re staying where actual residents live, and I found myself chatting with locals at the corner café who were genuinely curious about what brought me to their city. If you’re the type who prefers apartment-style stays over traditional hotels, and you want to experience Łódź like someone who actually lives there rather than just passing through, this place does the job quite nicely.
Lodz’s apartments offer spacious accommodations with industrial charm, perfect for creative travelers wanting to experience daily life in this artistically vibrant Polish city.

What could be improved: Kuchnia nie była w pełni wyposażona.
W toalecie zepsuta klamka.Bad – Agnieszka from Poland – March 17, 2024 (1/10)
Przestronne, duże mieszkanie, pełne światła.
What could be improved: Bardzo zły stan lokalu. Zacięta klamka do sypialni i konieczność interwencji technicznej. Urwana klamka w ubikacji co spowodowało zatrzaśnięcie. Gdyby nikogo nie było w mieszkaniu doszłoby do tragedii. Cieknący kaloryfer w łazience, odpadające kontakty i włączniki, niedomyte generalnie wszystko. Brak ręczników, 1 rolka papieru na dwie łazienki. W kuchni brak nawet zwykłej kawiarki, noża do chleba, etc. Absurdalne w dzisiejszej dobie.Very Good – Katarzyna from Poland – February 1, 2024 (8/10)
