It’s actually right in the thick of things on Piotrkowska Street – I mean, you’re literally staying on Łódź’s main pedestrian thoroughfare, but somehow it doesn’t feel touristy or overwhelming. The building itself has that classic Polish architecture thing going on, and apartment 25 sits tucked away enough that you’re not dealing with street noise all night (honestly, I was worried about that). The whole setup feels more like borrowing a friend’s place than staying in some sterile hotel room.

What really works here is how they’ve nailed that sweet spot between being central and actually livable. You can roll out of bed and grab coffee at one of those little cafés that locals actually frequent – there’s this great spot just two doors down where the barista remembered my order after three days. The apartment itself is properly equipped, not just the bare minimum they throw at you in most places. I actually cooked a few meals there, which says something because I usually can’t be bothered when I’m traveling. The kitchen has real dishes, not plastic cups and one sad pot. Small thing, maybe, but it matters when you’re staying more than a couple nights.

The location honestly spoils you a bit – I’d walk five minutes and hit Manufaktura when I needed that big shopping center experience, but then wander the other direction toward the old textile district and feel like I was discovering something. Parking was easier than I expected too, which is saying something for a street this central (there’s a paid lot nearby that’s not highway robbery prices). The 9.4 rating makes total sense once you’re there – it’s not trying to be fancy, just really good at what it does. I mean, it’s a 3-star place that feels like the people running it actually care about the details. Would I stay again? Yeah, probably. It’s one of those places where everything just works without any drama, and in Łódź’s city center, that’s exactly what you want.

  It was a true home away from home. I really felt at home from the first moment. Cosy, nice, comfortable and really well equipped.
  The flat is exactly as it is shown and described on Booking.com.
  The location is perfect, the whole building is really nice (no creepy staircases). The codes work perfectly. Everything felt very safe, too.
  The weather was cold although it was May, so I was happy when they turned on the heating on my second day.
  You can find everything you need in the neighbourhood: supermarkets, pharmacies, restaurants, all kinds of shops.
  I definitely recommend it, and I would surely stay here again if I came back to Lodz.
  
  What could be improved: Instead of negative comments, these would be suggestions:
  – If you accept guests from abroad, it would be a nice gesture to send the messages both in Polish and in English. Google translate worked fine, which means that the instructions were clear in Polish, yet it could be nice to receive them in English too.
  – The flat was clean, although some corners were a little bit dirty. I admit that you need a very good eye to spot this, so it did not mean any problem and did not make me feel uncomfortable.
  – A small bin would be great in the bathroom.
  But these are really just suggestions to make this wonderful apartment even better.

  Close to restaurant, chemist, corner store, very clean and comfortable, washing machine, lift, good security. Quite area.

  We had a great stay at this apartment! The location is excellent – it’s very easy to reach every part of the city from here. The apartment itself is clean, cozy, and comfortable, making it a lovely place to relax after a day out. One of the highlights is the private, locked yard, which offers a calm and peaceful environment with no noise. Accessing the apartment was also simple thanks to the keypad entry system.
  
  What could be improved: The only downside was that it was a bit difficult to find at first, as there are no signs indicating the property, which caused some confusion on arrival. Other than that, everything was great and we really enjoyed our stay!
