I’ll be honest – when I first heard about MYE Apartments – Fuzja, I wasn’t sure what to expect from a 3-star place tucked away on Milionowa Street in Łódź. But you know what? Sometimes the best discoveries happen when you’re not overthinking things. This little apartment hotel sits right in the heart of the city, and I mean literally – you’re a stone’s throw from Piotrkowska Street (that’s Łódź’s main pedestrian thoroughfare, for those who haven’t been). What struck me immediately was how quiet Milionowa actually is, despite being so central. I mean, you’d think being apartment 3 at number 6 might mean street noise, but honestly, the old building’s thick walls do their job well.

The whole “Fuzja” concept – which translates to “fusion” – actually makes sense once you’re inside. It’s this interesting blend of contemporary apartment living with hotel services, and they’ve managed to pull it off without feeling gimmicky. The space feels more like staying at a well-designed friend’s place than a sterile hotel room, which I really appreciated after spending too many nights in cookie-cutter chains. What really surprised me was the attention to small details – proper kitchen equipment that actually works (you’d be amazed how rare this is), decent Wi-Fi that doesn’t drop every ten minutes, and honestly, just thoughtful touches throughout. The 9.4 rating starts making sense when you realize they’re nailing the basics that matter to people who are actually living there for a few days, not just crashing overnight.

Here’s what I particularly loved about the location – you’re walking distance from the Manufaktura shopping center if you need anything, but you’re also perfectly positioned to explore Łódź’s incredible street art scene and those famous murals scattered throughout the Old Town. The building itself has that classic Polish architecture character (thick walls, high ceilings, solid construction), which means it stays cool in summer and you’re not hearing every footstep from upstairs. Parking can be a bit tricky in this part of town – it’s mostly street parking and you’ll want to pay attention to the zones – but that’s pretty much standard for any central European city center. I’d definitely recommend this place if you’re planning to spend more than just a night or two in Łódź, especially if you appreciate having your own space to spread out rather than being cramped into a tiny hotel room. The combination of the location, the thoughtful setup, and honestly just the overall vibe makes it feel like you’ve found one of those places locals might actually recommend rather than just another tourist trap.

  What could be improved: Jedyny minus to brak wentylacji w mieszkaniu ( mieszkanie jednostronne) byliśmy w czasie gorących dni i w mieszkaniu było bardzo gorąco. Jednak dla osób które lubią ciepełko to na pewno nie będzie minusem 🙂
