Having that parking spot becomes really valuable here — Łódź isn’t the easiest city for street parking, and knowing you have a guaranteed spot means you can actually use a rental car to explore beyond the city center. The tram connections are decent too, though honestly, with Manufaktura right there, you might find yourself walking more than you expected.

  The location is perfect and it is clean but the managers need empathy and human touch.
  
  What could be improved: If you don't have money for an alternative accommodation, please avoid Renters. I was sent a wrong code to access the key to my apartment. I tried for several hours to contact at least one human being who could be of help, but all to no avail. I sent an email to them, they insisted that the code was correct. After staying about 4 hours in the cold, I decided to book another apartment with the same property. Shockingly, a wrong code was sent again for my new booking. I got frustrated and went to get a hotel room to stay for the night. The correct code was sent late in the night after checking in to my alternative accommodation, I was able to move in the following day. No apologies sent until this moment and my moneys have not been refunded for the first day misadventure. In cases of emergency in such an apartment, one is entirely on his own. I must say that the apartment is well located and comfortable but the managers are mean and lack human touch.

  I could not gain access to the room. I was sent the wrong code to the key safe on the door. I called the contact number, it was programmed for machine answer. I called the administrator several times, no answer. I sent an email, the responder replied insisting it was the right code. After staying several hours outside, I had to go get another apartment to stay.
  I did not gain access to the apartment at all. I need my money refunded to my card. This is the worst customer service I have received for over two decades of my travelling around the world. Terrible experience.
  
  What could be improved: The fact that no one was available to hear my complaint. It could be dangerous in emergency situations.

  Wspaniałe mieszkanie w świetnej lokalizacji. Odpowiednio zaopatrzone i czyste. Ciche miejsce choć w samym centrum miasta. Dużo miejsca, świetne rozwiązanie na podróż z rodziną i psiakiem.

  Mieszkanie nowoczesne, ladnie urzadzone, bardzo dobra lokalizazja. Duzy telewizor z naglosnieniem. Posiada wszystkie niezbedne urzadzenia domowe, ekspres do kawy, mikrofalowka, zmywarka itp.
  Duzy plus to miejsce parkingowe pod samym wejsciem do budynku.
  
  What could be improved: Zdecydowanie najwiekszy minus to lozko w sypialni a dokladniej materac , ktory ciezko okreslic tak naprawde materacem..mega cienki i twardy, ciezko sie spalo.
  Baterie dzialaly tylko w 1 pilocie do telewizora,wiec jak chcielismy wlaczyc klimatyzacje to trzeba bylo wyciagnac baterie z pilota od TV.
  Kolejnym minusem sa zaslony, ktore prawie nic NIE zaslaniaja i sa tak waskie,ze nie ma po co ich ruszac.

  What could be improved: Sporo niedociągnięć, mieszkanie wykańczane na szybko, tylko żeby pięknie i drogo wyglądało ale…szyba prysznicowa przymocowana tylko w 2 miejscach, ktoś zapomniał o sylikonie i woda wylewa się na całą łazienkę, umywalka która powinna być wpuszczona w blat jest zamontowana na blacie, przez co jest tak wysoko że problem jest z umyciem twarzy, dzieci w wieku 10 lat w ogóle do niej nie sięgają, do tego bateria jest zamontowana za tą wysoką umywalką przez co nie mogą nawet do niej sięgnąć. Włącznik światła w łazience przy zapalaniu robi zwarcie. Zasłonki w krótkich/wąskich kawałkach na wyłamanych szynach przy próbie zasłonięcia spadają, brak wieszaków na ręczniki w łazience, luźna klamka w drzwiach wejściowych. I co najgorsze kiepska wentylacja, i zapchana brudna kratka nawiewowa, gdy ktoś w innym mieszkaniu gotuje to wszystko bardzo czuć, co ciekawe na klatce schodowej tego nie ma tak czuć. Takie prozaiczne rzeczy ale bardzo wpływają na użytkowanie mieszkania. A szkoda bo wizualnie bardzo ładne tylko mocno niedociągnięte przez ekipę wykańczającą i pewnie nigdy nie użytkowane przez właściciela który chyba nie zdaje sobie sprawy z tych mankamentów. Na pewno jeszcze skorzystamy z pobytu bo mieszkanie czyste i z super lokalizacją 🙂 mamy tylko nadzieję że właściciel poprawi wady i niedociągnięcia.

  Generalnie mieszkanie jest nowiutkie i to widać, przytulne, duży telewizor że Smart TV i głośnikami, działająca klimatyzacja w nowym budownictwie w sąsiedztwie centrum handlowego manufaktura.
  
  What could be improved: Łóżko było jak dla mnie mało wygodne i zbyt nisko ulokowane, nie podobało mi się również to że gdy brałam prysznic to woda wylewała się poza brodzik, oraz to iż uważam że zdecydowanie zbyt wygórowana cena jak na te warunki, i spokojnie można znaleść coś lepszego w tej cenie.

  Przestronny apartament, większy niż na zdjęciach. Czysty, dobrze wyposażony, chociaż brakowało kilku podstawowych rzeczy np. Nożyczek. Dla mnie niewygodne łóżko oraz poduszki ale to kwestia preferencji. Minus za prysznic, nie wiem czy to kwestia wykonania czy przytkanego odpływu ale woda zaciekała między szafkę a prysznic, następnie wylewając się na łazienkę.
