You’re right in the heart of the city center here, which means you can actually walk to most places you’d want to see – the famous Piotrkowska Street is maybe a 5-minute stroll, and honestly, that’s where all the action happens anyway. The apartments themselves surprised me with how spacious they felt. I mean, we’re talking about proper living spaces, not those cramped hotel rooms where you’re bumping into furniture every time you turn around. The kitchenettes are actually functional (I made coffee there every morning and it didn’t feel like I was performing surgery), and the beds are comfortable enough that I didn’t wake up feeling like I’d been wrestling with the mattress all night.

What really struck me was how quiet it gets at night, even though you’re smack in the center of everything. The windows must be decent quality because the street noise just… disappears once you close them. During the day though, you’ll hear the gentle hum of city life, which I actually found pretty charming – it reminds you that you’re somewhere real, not in some sterile tourist bubble. The staff genuinely seems to care about getting things right, and check-in was smooth without any of that bureaucratic nonsense you sometimes get. Parking can be a bit tricky in this area (well, it’s city center, so what do you expect?), but there are options nearby if you’re driving. I walked everywhere, though – that’s really the best way to experience Łódź anyway. The neighborhood has this fantastic energy where you’ve got traditional Polish cafes next to trendy galleries, and little restaurants tucked into converted factory spaces. You’ll find yourself discovering something new every time you step outside. The 8.8 rating honestly makes sense once you’ve stayed here – it’s one of those places that just works without trying too hard to impress you. Sure, it’s not luxury, but it’s got character and comfort in equal measure, which is pretty much all you need when you’re exploring a city like Łódź.

  Na minus brak rolet lub zasłon zaciemniających, o poranku słońce świeci prosto w twarz. Wyposakuchni również bardzo skromne.

  Дуже затишне помешкання,не погана локація,поблизу є необхідні продуктові магазини.Квартира нова,є вся необхідна техніка для комфортного перебування,зручне ліжко і диван.Дуже приємний і доброзичливий персонал,Дозволили мені з сім'єю заселятися на декілька годин скоріше,оскільки ми прибули до Лодзя раніше часу заселення,а діти були стомлені з дороги.
  
  What could be improved: З мінусів можна назвати не велику кількість засобів особистії гігієни для тривалого періоду перебування,дещо прийшлось докуплять самому.І постійні ремонти в будинку.Але з цим нічого не вдієш.

  Jest to nowe, ładnie urządzone mieszkanie. Super lokalizacja, blisko do ul. Piotrkowskiej.
  
  What could be improved: Brakowało kilka drobiazgów jak np jakiś ociekacz do naczyń, ściereczka do wytarcia naczyń, ręcznik papierowy. Ze zmywarki nie korzystaliśmy bo była jedna kapsułka, a byliśmy na 5 nocy.
