The studio itself is surprisingly well thought out for the space. The air conditioning is a godsend during those muggy Polish summers when the city just bakes, and honestly, it’s not something you can count on in a lot of accommodations around here. The whole setup feels like someone actually lives in spaces like this and knows what works – there’s enough room to spread out your stuff without tripping over your suitcase every five minutes.

The location on Milionowa is pretty clever when you think about it. You’re far enough from the main tourist drag to get actual sleep at night (the street stays quiet even on weekends), but close enough that you can easily walk to all the good stuff – the converted factory spaces, those quirky bars that pop up in old industrial buildings, the weekend markets. I particularly love that you can grab fresh bread from the little bakery just around the corner in the mornings, which feels much more authentic than hotel breakfast buffets. The area has this lived-in neighborhood vibe that gives you a real taste of how locals actually experience the city. Sure, it’s not going to blow you away with fancy lobbies or room service, but for a comfortable base where you can actually relax between exploring sessions, it delivers exactly what it promises. Plus, that 8.7 rating? Yeah, it makes sense once you spend a night there.

  Moderní komplex, nový apartmán, čisto. Dobré spojení MHD do centra. Parkovací místo v podzemní garáži (pozor, výška max 2 m) . Lokalita je mimořádná, revitalizovaný průmyslový komplex, plno kaváren, koncert, hřiště, hodně zeleně. Bezpečno.
  
  What could be improved: Chybělo nám povlečení pro děti, ale rychle vyřešeno. Škoda, že není k dispozici kávovar, jinak dobré vybavení vč sušičky. Vybaveni kuchyně jen na základní vaření- my ale nevařili, takže nám to vůbec nevadilo.

  Mieszkanie w idealnym miejscu .Blisko do AKS SMS bo to było naszym celem podróży.
  
  What could be improved: Generalnie po przyjeździe było posprzątane jedyna rzeczą do której można byłoby sie doczepić to dokładność w sprzątaniu. Pajeczyny przy suficie w każdym rogu pozatym wszystko na plus.

  Good location. You can walk to the park or to the streetcar stop. And if you want to walk, you can easily walk to the center.
  Big TV with possibility to watch soccer 🙂 (TV broadcast was connected). Easy access to parking space.
  
  What could be improved: The photos do not give a full picture of the apartment. The bed is not in a separate room but separated by a partition. The shower partition is very narrow. There were no lids for pots and pans. There was no laundry detergent.

  What could be improved: I had no hot water at all during almost my entire stay. Very annoying in the heat of summer. I don’t expect a cold shower in a rather upmarket place like this one.
  Staff was passive about it and told me it was a issue in the entire neighborhood.
  If that would have really been the case, I would imagine it’d be fixed a whole lot sooner.
  What bugged me most of all: no compensation was offered and when I asked for a partial refund I only got silence.
  Luckily Booking made a small gesture.
  
  Other cons: far from the ‘center’ (easily 30’ on foot), inconvenient narrow parking place, thin mattress.

  The building is absolutely new, the apartment is comfortable, and the yard is green and nice. Everything operates without keys, with digital locks which is very convenient. Having both washing machine and dryer was great.
  
  What could be improved: There were no kettle, and no proper frying pan. And in the mornings, there were terrible drilling noises from the apartment above – the building is really new, and in some apartments, I presume, construction works are not over yet. To start them at 7am though is not a great idea 🙁
