I mean, you’re literally walking distance from the main train station (both PKP and PKS), which is incredibly handy if you’re doing the whole Polish city-hopping thing. The apartment itself feels like staying at a well-organized friend’s place rather than a typical hotel room. There’s this little balcony where I’d sit with my morning coffee from their espresso machine – nothing fancy, but it does the job – and watch the city wake up below. The travel cot setup was seamless when my sister visited with her toddler, which honestly made me appreciate how much thought went into the family-friendly touches.

What really makes this spot work is its location for exploring Łódź’s cultural scene. You’re maybe a 15-minute ride to places like Wytwórnia (great for concerts and events) and Atlas Arena if you’re catching a game or show. The zoo and aquapark aren’t exactly next door, but they’re accessible enough for a day trip without the hassle of staying way out in the suburbs. I spent most evenings wandering around the nearby parks – there’s something about Łódź’s green spaces that feels more authentic than the manicured parks you get in other European cities. The neighborhood has this lived-in quality that I actually preferred to the more touristy areas. Plus, with that 9.9 rating, I was curious to see if it lived up to the hype, and honestly? It does. The check-in was smooth, everything was spotlessly clean, and when the shower started acting up on day two, someone was there to fix it within an hour. Sure, it’s not luxury in the marble-and-chandeliers sense, but it’s that rare combination of comfortable, practical, and genuinely welcoming that makes you want to extend your stay.

  Very fresh apartment with everything that one could expect and require 😊 all looks as on photos, lots of small amenities, you name it! Amazing stay for our family of four. Very nice communication with the owner.
  
  What could be improved: For us the trams noise was a bit challenging as we leave in a very quiet location, shouldn't be issue for others. Also if you are big/tall enough – the size of beds could be an issue 😁

  The apartment is newly remodeled and done to a high spec. It was extremely clean and had all the basics for cooking. The apartment was great for kids and was equipped with high chair, potty, travel cot, kids dishes.
  
  What could be improved: We were a little worried about kids getting their sticky hands on the sofa and dining chairs, but there were plenty of towels to help cover when we needed.
