  The building is brand new and located in a good spot for transport. The apartment feels very new with all new fittings and fixtures. Well equipped kitchen with a spotless oven, a little sparse on utensils you might struggle to cook a large meal for a family but you would be well able to feed yourself breakfast in the morning.
  
  The entrance to the building was very well maintained. In the morning the floors would be washed and the place would smell kind of like cinnamon. It was very pleasant.
  
  There was good AC in the main sitting room of the apartment and the thick windows with good seals which block out outside noise incredibly well.
  
  There is a small TV in the sitting room that I couldn't figure out but you could hook up a laptop or something to it to watch your own movies if you wanted. The wifi worked just fine, no issues with that.
  It looked easy to access the private parking but I didn't have to since we didn't have a car with us. Excellent option for people traveling with a car.
  
  Across the road you have several tram stops which will take you into the middle of Lodz and you can use the transport to go anywhere from there. The flat is also fairly close to the Lodz zoo which is very much worth visiting for the day while you're in Lodz. There's a huge park nearby and a good sized shopping center just beyond the park.
  
  What could be improved: The noise.
  
  There is so much noise from the road and the trams outside. Look at the area on google maps and you'll see there is a lot of road meeting there and the windows of the flat face out onto it. So you will struggle to sleep with the windows open. At least the windows themselves are very good at keeping the noise out.
  
  The two bedroom room beds were not very good. The frames felt very flimsy, I could see one of them had to be repaired already. and they would make a lot of noise from just moving in your sleep. it woke me up the odd time.

  What could be improved: The apartment was next to a street light, thus blinders or rollers inside or outside the window would be very good. There was constant light coming from the streetlight which kept the room bright. I like to sleep in a dark room thus it was not easy for me.

  Pobyt w tym miejscu był naprawdę udany. Zakwaterowanie dla 4 osób spełniło wszystkie nasze oczekiwania – było przestronne, bardzo czyste i świetnie wyposażone. W kuchni znaleźliśmy wszystko, co potrzebne do przygotowania posiłków, a wygodne łóżka zapewniły komfortowy wypoczynek. Dużym atutem był też bezproblemowy i miły kontakt z właścicielem – od początku do końca czuliśmy się zaopiekowani. Zdecydowanie polecam to miejsce i chętnie wrócimy
