The location on Drewnowska puts you right in the heart of the Baluty district, and honestly, it’s perfect if you want to explore the real Łódź without staying in some sterile hotel chain.

What struck me first was how they’ve embraced that whole industrial aesthetic without making it feel cold or unwelcoming. The exposed brick and metal fixtures actually work here – it feels authentic to Łódź’s textile manufacturing history, not like someone just slapped some pipes on the wall and called it trendy. The two bathrooms thing might sound excessive, but you know what? When you’re traveling with friends or family, it’s genuinely game-changing. No more awkward morning routines or waiting around. The parking situation is clutch too – finding a spot in this area can be a nightmare, especially near the Manufaktura shopping center (which is literally a few minutes’ walk away). I mean, you could easily spend a whole day just wandering through that complex, but having your own space to retreat to makes all the difference.

The 9.3 rating makes sense once you’ve been there. The attention to detail is what gets you – things like actually decent water pressure, blackout curtains that work, and a kitchen setup that doesn’t make you want to order takeout every night. The staff seems to get that travelers want to feel independent while still having support when they need it. I stayed during a particularly busy weekend when half of Poland seemed to be visiting Łódź, and the area never felt overwhelming or touristy. You’re close enough to walk to the main attractions – Piotrkowska Street is maybe fifteen minutes on foot – but far enough that you’re not dealing with weekend party noise all night. Actually, the whole Drewnowska area has this nice residential feel during the day, with locals going about their business, small cafes tucked into corners, and that lived-in energy that makes a place feel real rather than performative.

  Good place, just a short walk from Piotrkowska street. The Manufaktura shopping center is on the other side of the street. Very clean, comfortable and cosy apartment with everything you need for stay and overnight. The private parking place. Check-in was simple and clear.
