The location on Drewnowska is honestly perfect if you’re planning to explore the city properly – you’re literally a five-minute walk from the massive Manufaktura shopping and entertainment complex (hence the name, I suppose), but far enough away that you won’t hear the weekend crowds stumbling around at midnight. The Baluty district has this interesting mix of old industrial architecture and newer developments, and this place sits right in that sweet spot where it feels authentically Łódź without being run-down.

The underground garage is what sold me initially – anyone who’s tried parking in Polish city centers knows this is basically gold. No circling blocks looking for a spot, no worrying about your car overnight. The apartment itself has two full bathrooms, which might seem excessive until you’re traveling with friends or family and suddenly everyone needs to get ready at the same time. The space feels more lived-in than hotel-sterile, with decent-sized windows that actually let in proper light (you’d be amazed how many places get this wrong). The kitchen’s equipped well enough that I made coffee every morning instead of hunting down cafes, though honestly, there’s a great little place called Café Paluch about three blocks away if you want to venture out.

What really impressed me was the attention to practical details – good water pressure, reliable WiFi, and the heating actually works efficiently. I mean, it’s a 3-star place, so don’t expect marble countertops or a concierge, but everything functions the way it should. The 9.1 rating makes sense once you’ve been there a few days; it’s one of those places that just works without any drama. The tram stop on Drewnowska connects you easily to Łódź Kaliska station if you’re doing day trips, and you can walk to Piotrkowska Street (the main pedestrian drag) in about fifteen minutes. I’d definitely book this again, especially if you’re planning to actually spend time in Łódź rather than just passing through – it feels like having a proper base rather than just crashing somewhere for the night.

  Very clean modern apartment with nice covered patio area. Very good kitchen. Having a microwave as well as stove top and oven was great.
  Very comfortable bed and loved having a U.K. style double duvet!
  Owner communication was good.
  Allocated garage parking.
  
  What could be improved: Very poor WiFi. Surprising for such a modern well equiped city centre apartment.
  Instructions for stove top and oven would be useful. They all differ!
  There were no instructions on rubbish disposal .

  Idealna lokalizacja, Dużo przestrzeni w mieszkaniu, wystarczające dla rodziny nawet na kilka dni. Miejsce w hali garażowej w tej lokalizacji to złoto. W mieszkaniu pełne wyposażenie – wszystko co potrzebujesz. Dwie łazienki pozwalają całej rodzinie szybko się ogarnąć.

  Butas švarus, beveik viskas yra, neskaitant keletos smulkmenų, tokių kaip šakutės (3 iš 5 desertinės😀). Šiaip labai fainas butas, vieta labai gera, prie pat Manufakūra. Yra nemokamas požeminis garažas, kas irgi labai patiko.
  
  What could be improved: Sulūžęs vieno tualeto klozetas (nepritvirtintas normaliai) ir šiaip kelios smulkmenos, bet šiaip viskas puiku.

  Wszystko w jak najlepszym porządku – nie ma absolutnie nic, co mogłoby negatywnie wpłynąć na pobyt. Mieszkanie czyste, przestronne i bardzo dobrze wyposażone. Kuchnia posiada wszystko, czego potrzeba – kubki, kieliszki, patelnie, zmywarka z zapasem tabletek, co było bardzo wygodne. Dodatkowym atutem są dostępne ręczniki oraz kosmetyki do kąpieli. Świetna lokalizacja – wszędzie blisko, a do dyspozycji jest także garaż podziemny, co znacznie ułatwia codzienne funkcjonowanie. Kontakt z właścicielem idealny – szybki, miły i bezproblemowy. Gorąco polecam, miejsce godne zaufania i naprawdę komfortowe!

  Really good connection and walking distance to Manufaktura. The apartment is big and comfortable for a family.
