The building itself has that classic Polish apartment block vibe, nothing fancy but solid, and here’s the thing everyone mentions in the name but doesn’t really emphasize enough – the free parking is genuinely free. I mean, try finding that anywhere else in central Łódź. You’ll spend more on parking fees at other places than you save on the room rate.

What really won me over was how the staff actually seemed to care about the details. Check-in was smooth, none of that “we’re too cool to help you” attitude you sometimes get at boutique places, and they knew their neighborhood. When I asked about getting to the train station, the guy at the desk didn’t just point vaguely – he walked me to the window and showed me exactly which tram to catch from the stop you can literally see from the hotel. The rooms are clean and functional, definitely more “comfortable business traveler” than “Instagram moment,” but honestly, after walking around Łódź all day looking at street art and ducking into milk bars, you just want somewhere quiet to crash. The beds are actually decent – firm enough that you don’t feel like you’re sinking into a marshmallow, and the bathrooms have proper water pressure, which sounds basic but you know how it goes with older buildings in this part of Europe.

The area gets a bit quiet at night, which I actually liked – you’re close enough to hear some street life but far enough from the main party zone that you can sleep. • Great location and comfortable stay – Gintarė from Lithuania – August 19, 2025 (9/10)

  The apartment is in a very good location – close to Manufaktura, Biedronka, and there's a Żabka store right on the ground floor of the building, which is very convenient. Right across from the building, there is a park with a great playground for children – a big plus for families.
  The apartment itself has everything you need for a comfortable stay. A parking space is also provided, and it was an interesting experience using the freight elevator.
  
  What could be improved: If I had to mention one downside, it would be the lack of air conditioning. During our stay, the weather was quite hot, so we missed a bit of cool air indoors. We tried to cool down the apartment by opening the windows at night, but then the street noise affected our sleep quality. However, with the windows closed, the apartment was perfectly quiet.

  Great location. Right next to Manufaktura and walking distance to many restaurants, shops, museums and Piotrkowska Street. Great quiet apartment with lovely views to the local park.
  
  What could be improved: One recommendation – some sort of better curtains or blinds would be useful as it is bright in the room all night due to street lights. Minor thing but just to consider it in the future.

  Location and a very good communication. Also availability of early check in and late check out.
  
  What could be improved: The apartment is located on the 5th floor. We spent 5 days there, and the lift was not working for 3 of those days. It wasn’t easy to go up and down 5 floors with two kids and pushchairs, especially on the last day when we needed to bring all our bags down. It was absolutely unmanageable. We asked the taxi driver for help, and a lady who was picking up the bedding from the apartment assisted us in taking the pushchair down.
  
  The broken sofa (the backboard) and one of the chest of drawers definitely need attention from the owner.

  Location, location, location and the view, and the parking included. About parking you need to be a good driver, I can confirm that even 2m wide and 5m long car you can drive in to the elevator, but your car should be equipped in rear and front sensors.
  
  What could be improved: Hard to say, but if you are used to use short term rentals, you should know that you need to park somewhere in order to get the remote to open garage gate, but my tip – park in the garage 1 building before, 15 min is free of charge and enough time to handle it.
  There was a coffee machine, but it would be nice that at least 1-2 capsules would be included per night.

  What could be improved: We had to put on the bedsheets ourselves. Then we went out and came back late at night and we saw insects in the apartment (next to bed and kitchen table). The insect looks like Harpalus rufipes. Since then we have encountered at least 4 of these insects and there seems to be more. I cannot stay in this apartment with my family and 2 kids (which one of them is a newborn).

  What could be improved: Emailed about the TV not working and a coffee machine, but never received a reply, cleaning could be a bit more detailed. Also, be prepared for the service person to turn up at exactly 10:00.
