The 9.3 rating makes sense once you’re there – everything just… works. Hot water shows up immediately, the Wi-Fi doesn’t cut out every five minutes, and the bed is actually comfortable instead of one of those rock-hard European mattresses that leave you walking like a pretzel.

The neighborhood buzz is perfect too – close enough to Piotrkowska Street that you can walk to all the bars and restaurants, but tucked away enough that you’re not dealing with drunk tourists stumbling around at 2 AM. There’s this little bakery maybe two blocks away that does incredible pączki (discovered it by accident during my morning coffee hunt), and honestly, being able to grab fresh pastries before the rest of the city wakes up became my favorite part of staying there. The building itself is quiet – well, Polish-apartment-building quiet, which means you’ll hear the occasional door slam or neighbor’s TV, but nothing that’ll keep you awake. Check-in was refreshingly straightforward, none of that awkward “we need copies of seventeen documents” nonsense some places pull. The whole experience felt more like borrowing a friend’s really nice apartment than staying at a hotel, which is exactly what you want from a 4-star place that’s not trying to be fancy just for the sake of it.

  Apartament czysty, dobre wyposażenie w kuchni plus była do tego kawa, herbata, przyprawy- miło zobaczyć takie dodatki. Kosmetyki i ręczniki również były. Bardzo dobra lokalizacja: bliziutko do Manufaktury i Piotrkowskiej. Taki drobny detal: ładna, kolorowa pościel zamiast standardowo białej 😉
  
  What could be improved: Zabrakło nam zwykłej, chociażby małej suszarki do prania. Rozwiązanie z wieszakiem wymagało sporo gimnastyki, aby dobrze rozwiesić pranie.

  Great Location, very close to the shopping centre and restaurants, lovely bathroom ( shower cabin probably would be more practical than a bathtub)
  
  What could be improved: There was a bit of a miscommunication in regards to earlier check in that we requested.when we arrive apartment wasnt ready. Linen on the bed could be bit better quality and after it has been changed it still looked a bit grubby.

  The apartment has everything what you need to stay, including washing machine with detergents, dish washer, cleaner and so on. Everything look new in the apartment and functional. Manufaktura is within walking distance. Owner is very kind and provided excellent support to make our stay comfortable. Good access to public transport.
  
  What could be improved: There was a lot of hairs in drain of bath. And bath is without curtain for the bath. When we stayed, there is a big construction work in front of building, It was difficult to walk with suitcase. although this is not a fault of owner. If there is Clothes Drying Racks, it would be better.
