You know what caught me off guard about Luxury Location-Bright&Parking? The name actually undersells it – I mean, it sounds like someone threw random appealing words together, but this place on Piotrkowska really delivers on what matters most when you’re exploring Łódź. I stumbled onto this gem during my third visit to the city, and honestly, I wish I’d found it sooner.

The location is pretty much unbeatable if you want to experience Łódź properly. Piotrkowska Street is basically the city’s main artery – Europe’s longest pedestrian street, actually – and being right at number 68 puts you in the sweet spot where it’s lively but not completely overrun with weekend crowds. You can walk to all the converted factory spaces that make this city so interesting (Manufaktura is maybe fifteen minutes on foot), and there’s this fantastic little milk bar called Bar Mleczny Familijny just around the corner that serves pierogi that’ll ruin you for anywhere else. The apartment itself lives up to the “bright” part of its name too – these old Piotrkowska buildings can be pretty dark inside, but whoever renovated this space clearly knew what they were doing with the windows.

What really sold me, though, was the parking situation. I know it sounds mundane, but if you’ve ever tried to park in Śródmieście on a Friday night, you’ll understand why this matters. Having a guaranteed spot means you can actually enjoy your evening instead of circling blocks looking for somewhere to leave your car. The place feels more like a well-thought-out apartment than a typical hotel room – there’s enough space to spread out your stuff, and the kitchen setup is actually functional if you want to grab some fresh bread from one of the local bakeries and make yourself breakfast. The 7.5 rating makes sense to me; it’s not going to blow you away with luxury touches (it’s honestly a solid 3-star experience), but everything works well and the value is pretty reasonable for what you get in this part of town. I’d definitely stay here again, especially if I was planning to spend time wandering the murals and street art that Piotrkowska is famous for – you literally just step outside and you’re in the middle of it all.

  Great location, it's exactly at the Piotrkowska street, and with private parking.
  
  What could be improved: We had trouble entering the yard by car due to a lack of guidance for driving. Finally, we were told there are two entrances to the yard, and easier from the backward entrance. However, GPS lead us to the Piotrkowska entrance only.
  The kitchen and dining area are small, enough for two people only.
