What impressed me most was how peaceful it remains despite being directly in the city – the windows do their job, and you’re not dealing with the typical street noise that affects most Łódź accommodations. The free parking aspect that seemed like a gimmick? Actually a major benefit here. Anyone who’s attempted to park in this section of Łódź knows it’s either costly or a complete headache, so having a guaranteed spot is truly valuable.

Here’s what I genuinely valued – the place feels like someone actually considered how travelers live, not just sleep. The Wi-Fi doesn’t drop out every time your neighbor turns on their microwave, there’s adequate lighting for reading (surprising how many places mess this up), and the shower has solid water pressure. Minor details, but they matter when you’re trying to relax after wandering around Piotrkowska Street all day. The location positions you close enough to the main attractions without being directly in the middle of tourist crowds – you can stroll to Manufaktura or check out some of the better restaurants on Piotrkowska, but you’re also near enough to the residential neighborhoods to feel like you’re experiencing genuine Polish life. I visited during what locals call the “quiet season” in late fall, and honestly, that might be the perfect timing for this place. You get the complete apartment experience without any of the summer madness, plus the nearby cafes aren’t crowded with other tourists. The only small thing I’d note is that check-in requires a bit of coordination since it’s apartment-style, but the process was straightforward enough once we worked out the timing.

  A very nice appartment, generally pretty quiet. Internet works fine, everything is clean, looks good. There is a parking space as well, Contact with the hosts was easy.
  
  What could be improved: There was an iron, but no ironing board – when I asked it was delivered the next day. There were lots of wardrobes, but only one hanger for clothes.

  If you are an academic with a meeting at the university this apartment is in a perfect central location right opposite the campus. The building is very quiet and the apartment is clean. There was nothing to dislike. The host was very helpful and easy to communicate with.
