Finding street parking in this part of the city can be a real headache, so having a guaranteed spot is honestly worth its weight in gold. The building itself is one of those newer apartment complexes, so you’re on the third floor in what’s basically a well-appointed flat rather than a traditional hotel room.

What really got me was how thoughtfully set up everything was. The owners clearly put effort into making it feel homey rather than sterile. The kitchen area actually has proper dishes and cookware — not those flimsy plastic things that make you feel like you’re camping indoors. The Wi-Fi is solid (I was working remotely during my stay), and the bed was surprisingly comfortable for somewhere that’s not trying to be fancy. You can hear some street noise during the day, but it dies down nicely in the evenings. The bathroom is modern and clean, though the shower pressure could be better — not terrible, just not amazing. Check-in was smooth too; they were flexible about timing and actually gave helpful recommendations about nearby restaurants. There’s a decent grocery store maybe a five-minute walk away, which comes in handy if you’re planning to use that kitchen. The whole setup feels more like staying at a friend’s well-organized apartment than a typical hotel experience, and honestly, that worked for me. For the price point and that 8.5 rating, you’re getting solid value without any pretense about being something it’s not.

  Dobra lokalizacja, fajna baza wypadowa do zwiedzania Łodzi, duży plus parking podziemny i kluczyki z skrytce. Generalnie fajne mieszkanie za dobre pieniedze, wszystko byloby ok gdyby ktos bardziej zadbał o czystość.
  
  What could be improved: Brudne ściany, przypalone garnki, lepiące sie meble kuchenne i stolik kawowy, brak korka do wanny. Musieliśmy przesunąć trochę łóżko w sypialni bo dzieciom wpadła kostka do gry, ilość kurzu mnie powaliła. Oprócz tego papierki, puzzle po innych gościach. Miejsce niestety sprzątane "po łebkach".

  The flat is very well located. There is a restaurant 20 metres away. There is also a petrol station – 50 metres away, McDonald’s – 40 metres and a convenience store at the same building. The flat offers a private underground parking space which is perfect in case you come by car.
