The host was pretty responsive too – I had a minor issue with the Wi-Fi around 9 PM, and they sorted it out within the hour, which is more than I can say for some fancy chain hotels I’ve stayed at.

What really struck me was how they’ve managed to make a 3-star space feel more upscale without going overboard. The place is clean – I’m talking genuinely spotless, not just “passable for the price” clean. There’s this attention to small details that you notice after a day or two: good water pressure (crucial after walking around Łódź all day), blackout curtains that actually work, and a kitchen setup that’s functional if you want to grab groceries from the Biedronka down the street instead of eating out every meal. The security aspect is solid too – you need a code to get into the building, and the area feels safe even when you’re coming back late from the Old Town. I walked back from Piotrkowska Street a couple of times around 11 PM and never felt sketchy about it. That 8.6 rating makes sense when you add everything up – it’s not going to wow you with marble lobbies or concierge services, but for what most travelers actually need (clean space, reliable amenities, decent location without tourist-trap pricing), it hits the mark. If you’re the type who values practical comfort over Instagram-worthy interiors, and you actually want to experience Łódź like someone who lives there rather than just passing through, this spot works really well.

  Doskonała lokalizacja w centrum miasta, bardzo dobry kontakt z właścicielem i jasne instrukcje dotyczące szczegółów zameldowania, bliskość różnych punktów gastronomicznych, gustownie urządzone i funkcjonalne mieszkanie w nowym budownictwie, gwarantowane miejsce parkingowe, balkon.
  
  What could be improved: Pomimo zamkniętych okien dość mocno słychać było przejeżdżające tramwaje.
  Z drobnych rzeczy: sugerowałabym właścicielom by do prania pościeli dodawać trochę mniej detergentów bo spanie w tak intensywnie pachnącej pościeli było dość drażniące chociaż nie jestem alergikiem.

  We stayed here overnight with a family when just passing through Poland. The apartament met our needs – comfy beds, clean and with a secure parking for our car. Everything was good. The apartament was bigger than looks in the photos – a bonus! And has a nice balcony to chill on.
  
  What could be improved: Too much air freshener was used – the apartament smelled way too nice even when we unplugged the thing…!

  What could be improved: When we arrived at the property at 3am. We learn that the sheets were full of hair and looked as if no one had changed them after the previous guests. The pillows were very old and uncomfortable. The place was not cleaned. The shower looks disgusting. The entire bathroom stank of sewage. Also in the bedroom, the skirting boards were coming off the wall. The cups in the kitchen were dirty. We informed the people looking after the property how disappointed we were. We send them a message around 8am. Around 9:30 am one of the employees came to look at the property and talk to us. She said she cleaned the place the day before, don't even apologize. We asked for new fresh bedding and proper cleaning of the place. She came at 4 pm., changed the bedding, brought a new pillows and cleaned the place. Unfortunately, the smell of sewage never goes away and even the air freshener she bought doesn't help. Also the walls in this building are very thin, we heard every step of the above neighbours.

  New building. Enough place for all stuff. Easy access to apartments and parking. In 5-10 minutes walk to the Piotrkowska street, in 10-15 minutes by car to Manufactura. Close to the great park with nice playground.
  
  What could be improved: Shortage of crockery for cooking (some are incompatible with induction hob). The cleanliness of kitchen and bathroom. Bad smell from sewer system, but looks like it’s a problem of building.
