The soundproofing is actually impressive too, which matters because Drewnowska can get a bit lively on weekends. Parking was straightforward – there’s street parking that locals know about, and the host gave me the real scoop on where to park without getting ticketed (small details that actually matter when you’re hauling luggage around a Polish city in winter).

What strikes me most is how the place feels lived-in rather than sterile. The furniture has this solid, comfortable quality – not the flimsy stuff you usually find in short-term rentals. The bathroom’s got one of those rainfall showers that actually has decent pressure, and there’s proper storage space for your stuff. I stayed for five nights and never felt like I was living out of a suitcase, which is rare. The Wi-Fi was rock solid too, important since I was working remotely part of the time. Check-in was smooth – no standing around a lobby, just straightforward communication and clear instructions.

That 9.8 rating isn’t inflated marketing nonsense either. You can feel the attention to detail in everything from the quality of the coffee setup to how the blinds actually block out light when you need to sleep in. It’s the kind of place where you start planning your next Łódź trip before you’ve even checked out, honestly. For the price point, especially compared to what you’d pay for similar quality in Warsaw or Krakow, it’s genuinely excellent value. Plus, you’re getting the real Łódź experience – not some sanitized tourist version, but the actual city that’s quietly becoming one of Poland’s most interesting places to spend time.

  The appartment is very stylish, cozy,comfortable and has everything You need for staying. Fully equiped kitchen and bathroom. Coffee, tea, water, seasoning and nice gift – bottle of red wine. Clear instructions for check in. Great spot in the city – shopping and leisure centre "Manufactura" 5 minutes walk from the appartment. Free parking slot in garage big advantage. So amazing stay!   Everything was well equipped and clean. very modern and stylish apartment!
  
  What could be improved: only one big minus is window from the side of rooms. both are too thin or not locked firmly. maybe should be sealed with additional materials..? we felt like we sleep in tent or outside. when we lied down our hair was blowing slightly even.. so we had to sleep in living room where was warm and good. the other room doesn't have curtains even so more cold and too bright to sleep. in summer I have willing to visit again but in winter, unless they don't change or improve with windows, I will not go back. anyway except that it was really good apartment

  We love this apartment, trying to stay here each time when we travel. The best thing is the location – right next to the shopping centre "Manufaktura". And the hosts are very attentive:)

  Everything about this apartment was perfect! Starting with the location, next to Manufaktura and walking distance to piotrkowska street. The apartment was cosy and beautifully furnished and all things needed you could find there including a variety of coffee and tea. Two bathrooms – perfect if you are travelling with more people. On top of that some small welcome gift. I cannot say anything bad about the apartment.

  The location is ideal. The apartment is perfectly arranged and clean. The hosts are very hospitable. They made sure that the guests did not lack anything. Secure parking. A large shopping center "Manufaktura" is nearby. We have stayed here twice already and will definitely come again.
