What really impressed me was how quiet it stays despite being so central – the windows do a solid job of blocking out street noise, though you’ll still hear the occasional tram rumbling by, which is sort of charming in its own way.

The parking situation deserves a special mention because, let’s face it, finding parking in central Łódź can be a nightmare. Having it included isn’t just convenient – it’s actually a huge money saver when you consider what you’d pay for street parking or nearby lots. Plus, you’re literally a few minutes’ walk from all the main action on Piotrkowska, but you’re also close enough to some of the quieter spots where locals actually hang out. I found myself walking to this great little café on Kilińskiego that I never would have discovered if I’d stayed right in the tourist zone. The whole area has this interesting mix of restored buildings and authentic neighborhood feel that you don’t get when you’re staying in the super polished hotel districts. Check-in was surprisingly smooth too – no standing around waiting for someone to show up with keys, which has definitely happened to me before with apartment rentals. The 9.1 rating makes total sense when you actually experience the place, though I’d probably dock half a point just because the shower pressure could be better. But honestly, when you’re soaking in the jacuzzi afterwards, you sort of forget about that anyway.

  Lokalizacja, aranżacja oraz wyposażenie na plus. Wanna z widokiem na telewizor na super plus. Rolety za oknem pozwoliły na prywatność. Ciekawe oświetlenie mieszkania.
  
  What could be improved: Cała pościel z pierza, na którą partnerka jest uczulona. Opłaciłem wcześniejszy przyjazd, ale właściciel zapomniał zmienić czasu/kodu dostępu. Na szczęście szybko udało się to zrobić zdalnie. Lekko skrzypiące łóżko.

  Esteticky krásný apartmán kousek od ul. Piotrkovské. Pohodlné parkování. Krásná vířivá vana i koupelna. Soukromé dětské hřiště. Dobrá komunikace s ubytovatelem.
  
  What could be improved: Kuchyně mohla být lépe vybavená: mikrovlnná trouba, poklice k hrnci, stěrka, drátěnka chyběly. Mírně rozvrzaná postel, prasklé prkénko na toaletě a jeden poškozený pant u skříně. Jinak vše v absolutním pořádku.

  Na pewno atutem jest lokalizacja, dostęp do apartamentu na kod oraz bezpłatny parking. Mieszkanie małe ale funkcjonalne, zdecydowanie na 2 osoby, dla 4 osób byłoby ciasno, tym bardziej, że sypialnia jest oddzielona tylko szybą. Mieszkanie urządzone "męską ręką", trochę trzeba było naszukać się sztućców 😉 za to w łazience są klimatyczne ledy, a w salonie duży telewizor z dostępem do YouTube i Netflixa. Blisko ulicy Piotrkowskiej, Galerii Łódzkiej i przystanków komunikacji miejskiej, można w zupełności zostawić samochód na parkingu i wszędzie poruszać się komunikacją miejską. Bardzo dobry kontakt z właścicielem.
  
  What could be improved: Brakowało haczyków na ręczniki i trzeba mieć orientację w terenie z poruszaniem się po parkingu (moja współpracownica miała z tym problem). Poza tym spoko.

  Małe, ale dobrze urządzone mieszkanie. Dobra lokalizacja. Na plus na pewno rolety zewnętrzne, które zapewniają prywatność. Apartament na 5+.

  Poza tym tępe noże w kuchni, ale to tak naprawdę szczegóły. 😉
