Walking into this place doesn’t feel like you’re entering some stuffy luxury hotel – it actually feels like you’re stepping into the coolest industrial loft your architect friend would live in, if they happened to have incredible taste and unlimited budget. The whole building sits right on Drewnowska in the Baluty district, and honestly, this area has become Łódź’s creative heartbeat over the past few years.

The apartments themselves are something else entirely. I mean, we’re talking about genuine luxury here – the kind where every surface feels expensive to touch, but somehow it’s not intimidating or cold. The ceilings are ridiculously high (you’ll spend your first day just staring up), and those massive windows let in this amazing natural light that makes everything look like it belongs in an interior design magazine. What I really appreciated though were the little thoughtful touches – like how they’ve managed to soundproof these places so well that you’d never guess you’re in the middle of a bustling part of the city. The kitchens are actually functional too, not just for show, which is rare in places this upscale.

Here’s the thing about staying in Baluty that most tourists don’t realize – you’re positioned perfectly to experience both sides of Łódź. The old industrial character is everywhere you look (the whole Manufactura complex used to be textile factories), but you’ve also got this vibrant arts scene happening right outside your door. Parking was surprisingly easy, even though I was worried about that beforehand. The staff genuinely knows their stuff about the neighborhood too – not just the obvious tourist spots, but where locals actually go for coffee or dinner. I’d definitely recommend booking during the shoulder seasons if you can swing it; summer gets pretty busy with all the cultural events happening nearby, and while that energy is fantastic, you’ll pay more and deal with crowds. The whole experience just feels authentic to Łódź in a way that bigger chain hotels never quite manage to capture.

  Bardzo mili i uprzejmi właściciele. Parking podziemny blisko klatki schodowej. Wszelkie udogodnienia zgadzały się z tym co w ogłoszeniu. Bliziutko do Manufaktury. Mieszkanie komfortowe a na tym jako rodzinie zależało nam najbardziej. Polecam z czystym serduszkiem.❤️

  Good location near the manufaktura, apartment in upper floor. Easy parking in garage. Well equipped.
  
  What could be improved: in the base floor there was a reconstruction of some shop so from 7am to 8pm it was constant drilling and noisy tools even during Sunday.
  Sofa was a little but dirty, there were some dirty spots.
  Only two blankets for four people so you can not use your own blanket. You need to share it.
