But this place completely surprised me in the best way possible. Located on Narutowicza Street in Śródmieście, it’s actually positioned perfectly if you know Łódź at all. You’re literally in the heart of the city center, and while yes, you can hear the occasional train in the distance, it’s more of a gentle urban hum than anything disruptive – I actually found it kind of soothing after a while.

What really got me was how they’ve managed to create this incredibly comfortable space that feels way more upscale than you’d expect from the modest name. The apartments themselves are genuinely luxurious – we’re talking quality furnishings, really thoughtful touches, and everything you need for a proper stay whether you’re here for business or just exploring. The kitchen setup is particularly impressive if you’re someone who likes to grab groceries from the nearby Piotrkowska Street area and cook a bit rather than eating out every meal. And honestly? The location grows on you fast. You’re a quick walk from all the main attractions, the famous Manufaktura is super close, and there are these great little cafes tucked into the surrounding streets that you’d never find if you were staying in some generic hotel district.

The service here really stands out too – you know how sometimes five-star places can feel a bit stuffy? This is the opposite. The staff actually seem to care about making your stay work, and they know the neighborhood well enough to give you real recommendations, not just the obvious tourist spots. I was dealing with some delayed luggage (thanks, airline drama), and they went out of their way to make sure I had what I needed without making it feel like a big production. The whole experience just felt… easy, I guess? Like staying at a really nice friend’s place who happens to have impeccable taste. Plus, if you’re arriving by train – which honestly isn’t a bad way to get to Łódź – the location is incredibly practical without sacrificing any of the comfort you’d want from a high-end stay.

  The location was convenient, the building was clean.
  
  What could be improved: The parking isn't guaranteed and is on a first come cirst served basis, and when you're disabled and having to park streets away and walk back, it's very inconvenient. The flooring is slkppery and is very, very slippery in the shower, again very inconvenient for a disabled person. The knives in the kitchen were all damaged, bent, and chipped. The pillows were very poor, with a low amount of filling and what was there was ckumped together, you had to fold it so much that by the time it was supportive you had fooded an origami swan. And there was a vent that blew constantly no matter what you turned off, and on, it was difficult to sleep because of it.

  It was really close to train station and main street. Also convy store was really close to get something. Laundry machine was really helpful to wash my clothes during my journey. And I really liked warmth of apt. Hot tap works really well.
  
  What could be improved: I was peaceful during "weekdays", but from Friday to Sunday, it was nightmare… Even I could here people were dragging chairs, laughing, and loud music.. I would be able to dance following bass from that. I checked wether it came from outside or not but it definetely came from neighbor. I understand people want to enjoy weekend.. but it doesn't make sense turning loud music during whole weekend until 8 am.. even before I left apt, they were still loud. Except those, it was really cozy apt.

  I very like the location, everywhere- where you wont to go is easy, near buses and trams, 5 minutes walk to main street Piotrkowska . Nice apartment, comfortable, clean, big bathroom with wash machine 👌, quiet. Good price. I would like to stay again 🙂
