The windows face out toward the street, so you get this nice natural light during the day, plus you can people-watch a bit if that’s your thing. I spent way too much time in the morning just watching Łódź wake up with my coffee. The kitchen is properly equipped too – not just a mini-fridge and a microwave situation, but actual cooking space if you want to grab some fresh bread from one of the local bakeries and make yourself breakfast.

What really struck me about this place (and honestly, what probably justifies that 5-star rating) is how they’ve managed to blend modern comfort with the character of this part of Łódź. The neighborhood itself is fascinating – you’re walking distance from the main shopping areas, but you’re also close enough to some of the more interesting industrial heritage sites that make this city unique. Fabryczna station is nearby, which is convenient if you’re planning day trips, but it’s far enough that you don’t hear train noise at all hours. The street can get a bit busy during rush hour – Kilińskiego is one of those thoroughfares that locals actually use – but by evening it settles into this pleasant urban hum. I actually found it soothing, though if you’re someone who needs complete silence to sleep, maybe pack some earplugs just in case. The 8.6 rating makes total sense to me because while everything about the stay was excellent, Łódź itself isn’t going to be everyone’s cup of tea. It’s a working city with real character, not a polished tourist destination, and I think this apartment captures that perfectly – comfortable and sophisticated, but still authentically connected to where you actually are.

  Bardzo dobrze wyposażone mieszkanie, jasne, przestronne, na miejscu jest wszystko, co potrzebne do komfortowego pobytu. Wszelkie potrzebne na co dzień rzeczy, jak naczynia, przybory kuchenne, ścierki, gąbki, worki na śmieci, środki czystości, deska do prasowania, suszarka do ubrań, et cetera.
  Jedyny minus to brak zasłon w oknach blokujących światło słoneczne, szczególnie w sypialni.

  excellent emplacement. appartement propre, lit confortable, bonne connexion Internet.
  
  What could be improved: L'application indique le numéro 35, mais c'est le 33 à côté du parking, je suis resté sous la pluie à chercher l'entrée. La pièce est très lumineuse grâce au rideau extrêmement fin. On ne peut même pas changer de vêtements car cela donne l'impression que le voisin d'en face le verra. il manquait également des rideaux dans le coin cuisine , que j'ai résolu tous les deux avec du papier aluminium 😅 à part ça l'appartement est très bien, prenez-le comme une critique constructive.

  What could be improved: Where to start… a large hairball was clogging the shower drain, it was very cold (I imagine the building heat wasn't on because of the time of year, but the building must also not have any insulation), the bed sheets looked dirty, the bed mattress was supported by planks that were not fixed in place and had all been shifted toward the top so I fell through when trying to sit at the foot of the bed, the worst WIFI I've experienced in a long time (this was after finally getting the correct password; the instructions sent to enter had the wrong one). The lighting in the living room was very bad; there was one light out and the other was a dim orange color that did not do much. There was also a lot of construction going on in the area and building that kept everything very dirty.
