  What could be improved: The property upon arrival was dirty had a mouldy kettle, hair stuck to the walls as well as dirty walls, stairs leading up to the bed and it’s absolutely stank of cigarettes and human waste coming out of the bathroom. The mattress was also covered in urine (pictures included) . The bathroom door ended up falling off the wall on to our 4 year old when she got up to use the bathroom at night!
  When we complained to the property management we got no reply just a new kettle left on the door we then proceeded to take the complain further to booking.com where the company rejected our claims. The next day we complained again and got met with people at the door at 8.45 am banging the door. We were on holiday with a small child and all got woken up so naturally we didn’t answer. The property then sent the police to our door the next day. The same day we got 11 phone calls about the building administration needing to get into the property.
  we agreed to the next day at 3pm for it to get changed until 4 pm and the management trying to pressure us to come into the property without our presence! (They ended up not showing up at all) How unprofessional. Apart from that it was smelly nasty and I ended up breaking my big toe on the ladder to the platform avoid!!!

  Lugn område trots att vi bodde mitt i centrum. Fantastiskt design och jätte praktiskt lägenhet, väldigt luftigt och mysig. Alla små detaljer som dök upp löstes på några minuter. Bra backup från värdarna

  What could be improved: W pierwszy dzień skontaktowałem się z obsługą i poinformowałem że nie ma kołdry dla dziecka ( Apartament chyba tylko dla dwóch osób) poinformowano mnie że sprawdzą i dadzą znać , beez odzewu do końca pobytu. Kołdrę zrobiliśmy z kapy na główne łózko. Na wyposażeniu jest też zmywarka ale chyba jako atrapa bo brak kapsułek i soli. Dodatkowo całość wrażenia psuło naprawy oświetlenia w czasie naszego pobytu. Rozumiem , że awarie się zdążają ale ta awaria była przed naszym przybyciem. No i w budynku lubi psuć się winda.

  What could be improved: W apartamencie było zimno mimo ze dwa grzejniki były włączone, ale widocznie to za mało na taka powierzchnie. Mimo ze prosiłam o możliwość przedłużenia pobytu chociaż o godzinę nie było szans- równo o 11 pojawił się personel co również sprawiało lekki dyskomfort. Uważam ze dodatkowe 30 min nikogo by nie zjawiło tym bardziej ze is początku rezerwacji ni na tym zależało- ale zasady to zasady 👌
