I’ll be honest – when I first pulled up to Luksusowe Apartamenty Łódź on Kasprzaka Street, I wasn’t expecting much from what looked like a pretty standard residential building. But you know what? This turned out to be one of those hidden gems that makes you feel like you’ve stumbled onto something the tour groups haven’t discovered yet.

The thing about this place is that it actually feels like luxury without trying too hard – and I mean that in the best way possible. The apartments are spacious (seriously, I could’ve done yoga in the living room if I was that type of person), and everything’s been thoughtfully designed with these clean, modern lines that somehow still feel warm. The kitchens are properly equipped too, not just for show – I actually cooked a few meals there using ingredients from the little market just down the street. What really got me was the attention to detail… quality linens, good water pressure in the shower, and windows that actually block out street noise. Speaking of which, Kasprzaka isn’t exactly a bustling thoroughfare, so you get that perfect balance of being connected to the city without the constant hum of traffic keeping you awake.

Location-wise, you’re in this interesting part of Łódź that’s close enough to walk to the main attractions (Piotrkowska Street is maybe fifteen minutes on foot), but far enough out that you feel like you’re living in an actual neighborhood rather than camping in the tourist zone. There’s decent parking right there – which honestly, anyone who’s tried to park in central Łódź will appreciate. The whole area has this lived-in quality that I really liked, with local cafes and shops mixed in with residential buildings. It’s not the flashiest part of town, but it’s real, and sometimes that’s exactly what you want when you’re trying to get a feel for how a place actually works. The 9.6 rating makes total sense to me – this isn’t trying to be a five-star palace, but what it does, it does really well. If you want apartment-style comfort with hotel-level cleanliness and none of the stuffiness, this place hits that sweet spot perfectly.

  Jeśli cenicie sobie święty spokój, czystość i domową atmosferę, to do Łodzi tylko na Kasprzaka 🙂 Na wyposażeniu jest wszystko, co potrzebne, wystarczy, że zabierzecie ubrania i kosmetyki, cała reszta już czeka. Okolica spokojna, świetnie skomunikowana z centrum, dużo zieleni, sklepy, apteka. Idealne miejsce na reset 🙂

  Rewelacyjne miejsce, czysto, przytulnie, czysto. Zaskoczyło mnie wyposażenie: tutaj jest wszystko, co może być nam potrzebne na krótszy czy dłuższy pobyt. Dosłownie wszystko, razem z zestawem do szycia, wolnostojącym lusterkiem, wacikami i olejem do smażenia. Łóżko wygodne jak w pięciogwiazdkowym hotelu. Spokojna okolica, do Manu 15 minut spacerkiem. Polecam każdemu, kto chce odpocząć:)

  Bardzo mili gospodarze. Nie trzymali się sztywno godzin zameldowania. Mogłam zameldować się wcześniej i wyjechać późnym popołudniem. W mieszkaniu bardzo czysto. Super lokalizacja – nie w centrum,a wszędzie blisko. W zasięgu wzroku przystanek autobusowy. Dwie linie do wyboru w celu bezpośredniego dojazdu do dworca Łódź Kaliska (11 lub 15 minut), a trzecia w 6 minut dowiezie do Manufaktury. Kolejny wyjazd tylko tu.
  
  What could be improved: Tylko jedna rzecz psuła ogólne wrażenie. To klatka schodowa, która wymagałaby odświeżenia, ale to już nie jest wina sympatycznych gospodarzy.

  Bardzo czyste mieszkanie. Dobrze wyposażona kuchnia. Bardzo dobry kontakt z właścicielką. Chętnie tam wrócimy.
  
  What could be improved: Mieszkanie jest położone przy ruchliwej ulicy, więc przy otwartych oknach jest głośno. To oczywiście nie jest wina właściciela, ale myślę że taka informacja jest cenna dla czytających opinie, aby byli przygotowani na taki dyskomfort.
