The location is honestly perfect if you want to feel like you’re living in Łódź rather than just passing through. You’re right in Śródmieście, so you can walk to most of the main attractions, but you’re also surrounded by these great little cafes and restaurants that tourists usually miss. There’s this fantastic pierogi place just two blocks down that locals actually go to, and the grocery store situation is solid – you’ve got a Żabka practically next door for those late-night snack runs. I spent about a week here last spring, and by day three I had my routine down: morning coffee on the balcony, quick walk to grab fresh bread from the bakery on the corner, then settle in for work. The apartment itself feels more like staying at a friend’s place than a rental – everything’s clean and functional without being sterile, and there are these thoughtful touches like good hangers in the closet and actually decent shower pressure. The 8.8 rating makes total sense once you’ve been there a few days; it’s not luxury by any means, but it delivers on what it promises and then some. If you’re coming to Łódź for business or just want a proper base to explore the city from, this place gets it right in all the ways that actually matter.

  Mieszkanie jest dobrze wyposażone, ma wszystko, co potrzebne, i znajduje się w bardzo dogodnej lokalizacji — w samym centrum.
  
  What could be improved: W dniu zameldowania okazało się, że nie otrzymam kodów dostępu do mieszkania, dopóki nie wpłacę dodatkowego depozytu w wysokości 500 zł. Właściciele poinformowali mnie, że podobno było to gdzieś wskazane, ale podczas dokonywania rezerwacji nie widziałam takiej informacji. To na pewno nie było oczywiste!
  
  Na tydzień przed przyjazdem opłaciłam całą kwotę za mieszkanie i na tym sprawa się zakończyła. Dlatego otrzymanie „niespodzianki” na kilka godzin przed zameldowaniem, że nie zostaniemy wpuszczeni, dopóki nie wpłacę jeszcze 500 zł, było — delikatnie mówiąc — nieprzyjemne. Byłam w drodze, miałam słaby zasięg i nie miałam możliwości przelania tych 500 zł. Musiałam poprosić przyjaciółkę, aby to zrobiła, żebym nie została na noc bez dachu nad głową. Depozyt został zwrócony na kartę mojej przyjaciółki kilka dni po moim wymeldowaniu.
  Na zdjęciach mieszkanie wydaje się znacznie większe, niż jest w rzeczywistości. Ale to standardowy trik. Mieszkałam tam przez tydzień i przez cały ten czas nie było żadnych serwetek ani ręczników papierowych, a także tylko 2 rolki papieru toaletowego.

  Flat seems new and well equipped. Location is good, not far away from the main street in Lodz. I could rest, it wasn’t noisy neighborhood. Zabka is near by, actually next door to the apartment’s gate. I would recommend it.
  
  What could be improved: I liked everything about this flat. Only elevator in the building looks like still in the construction phase.
