The first thing that hits you is how the space feels way bigger than it should. I mean, it’s a studio, so let’s not get crazy here, but they’ve done something smart with the layout that makes it breathe. The balcony though – that’s the real winner. It’s not huge, but it’s got this perfect angle where you can actually people-watch on Kościuszki without feeling like you’re in a fishbowl yourself. I spent way too many mornings out there with coffee, just watching Łódź wake up. The neighborhood has this great mix of students heading to classes and locals doing their daily shopping routine – it’s got that authentic Polish city vibe without being touristy at all.

What really sold me on this place was the little details that you don’t notice until you’ve been there a few days. The shower pressure is actually decent (not always a given in older European buildings), and whoever set up the kitchen knew what they were doing – there’s enough counter space to actually cook something beyond instant noodles. The Wi-Fi works properly, which honestly shouldn’t be remarkable in 2024, but you’d be surprised how many places still mess this up. Parking can be a bit tricky on the street, but there’s usually something within a block or two if you’re patient. The 9.2 rating makes sense when you add it all up – it’s not trying to be fancy, but everything that should work, works. Plus, you’re literally a few minutes’ walk from some of the best pierogi spots in the city, and the tram connections are solid if you want to explore beyond Srodmiescie. It’s the kind of place where you end up staying an extra night because it just feels right, you know?

  Serdecznie polecam ten nocleg! Apartament był nie tylko czysty i przestronny, ale także urządzony z dbałością o szczegóły. Znaleźliśmy w nim wszystko, czego potrzebowaliśmy do komfortowego pobytu. Lokalizacja była rewelacyjna, wszędzie blisko, co ułatwiło zwiedzanie i korzystanie z atrakcji. Zdecydowanie polecam ten nocleg każdemu, kto szuka komfortu, wygody i przyjemnej atmosfery.

  Immeuble sécurisé et calme, neuf et propre.
  Les instructions sont très claires et bien indiquées pour accéder à l’appartement !
  Tram proche ainsi que le centre à pied !
  
  What could be improved: L’absence de volet et les rideaux non occultant, sachant que le soleil se lève à 4:30…
  Faire payer en supplément un lit bébé qui je pense devrait être compris déjà dans le prix.
  Dommage qu’on ne puisse pas gérer le chauffage.
