These apartments absolutely nailed the “spacious” part of their name, and after staying in my share of cramped European accommodations, that actually meant everything to me.

The thing about this place is it gets the fundamentals right in a way that feels refreshing rather than fancy. The apartments genuinely have room to breathe – I mean, you can actually unpack your entire suitcase without playing Tetris with your belongings. The kitchens are properly equipped too, not just some sad little kitchenette with a broken coffee maker. I ended up cooking dinner a couple nights because, well, there’s something nice about having that option when you’re traveling, especially in a city where restaurant schedules can be… let’s say unpredictable. The location on Strykowska puts you in a real neighborhood where locals actually live, which means you’ll find proper grocery stores and that authentic Polish bakery smell drifting from corner shops in the morning.

What really surprised me was how quiet it stays at night – Baluty doesn’t have the tourist crowds, so you’re not dealing with drunk groups stumbling past your window at 2 AM. The staff (well, the property management folks) were surprisingly responsive too. I had a minor issue with the Wi-Fi on my second day, and they actually showed up to fix it rather than just sending troubleshooting emails. That 8.9 rating makes sense once you’ve stayed here a few days. It’s not luxury by any stretch, but it delivers on what matters: space, cleanliness, and that feeling like you’re living somewhere rather than just crashing. The area’s got decent tram connections if you need to get to Piotrkowska Street or the main tourist spots, but honestly, I found myself just walking around the neighborhood more than I expected. There’s something refreshing about staying somewhere that isn’t trying to be Instagram-perfect – just comfortable and real.

  Mieszkanie zadbane, dobrze wyposażone, czyste. Zdjęcia obiektu zgodne ze stanem faktycznym. Miejsce parkingowe. Godne polecenia.Do budynku sa dwa wjazdy, chcąc dojechać bezpośrednio na właściwy parking warto w nawigacji wpisać ul Strykowska 20a (wówczas prowadzi pod właściwą bramę). Warto również wziąć pod uwagę że przy wypełnianiu formularza pobytu konieczne jest wpłacenie zawrotnej (w ciągu 7dni) zaliczki od ewentualnych zniszczeń. Kontakt z właścicielem bez zarzutu.

  – brak żaluzji w pełni zasłaniające okna-przed blaskiem świateł świątecznych;)
  – lepszy ekspres do kawy na mielone ziarna, świeżą kawkę;)

  Но общее впечатление от квартиры сгладил все мелкие моменты которые были заметны.

  Apartament nowoczesny, czysty i przestronny. Bardzo dobra lokalizacja, miejsce postojowe na ogrodzonym parkingu, winda. Dobre wifi. Sama lokalizacja znakomita – blisko centrum i autostrady. Zameldowanie i wymeldowanie bezproblemowe – zgodnie z instrukcjami. Uwaga – jadąc autem warto skorzystać z bramy od tyłu apartamentowca – nie od ul. Strykowskiej- jest bezpieczniej ze względu na ruch i tramwaje.

  The place was generally nice and have a potential to be very good. Just need a change and be more welcoming and don't save money on things that are not expensive and make a difference.
  
  What could be improved: Very cheap in terms of basic offering. Hardly any soap, shampoo, shower gel. Very little tea and coffee, salt pepper, washing up liquid, dishwasher tablets. Very little provided for a almost week long stay.
  When asked for more after hose ask is there anything we need, we have been told to look into terms and conditions. Why bother asking
  Not a level of clenningnes I would expect. Felt a bit of a rush job at places.
