The garden area is small but well-maintained, and honestly, after spending days wandering around Łódź’s industrial-turned-artistic landscape, having a green space to decompress was perfect. What really sold me though was the parking situation – I mean, anyone who’s driven in Polish cities knows what a nightmare finding a spot can be, but here you’ve got your own space right there. No circling blocks at 11 PM wondering where you’re going to leave your rental car.

The location might seem a bit out of the way if you’re planning to hit all the touristy spots, but it’s actually quite clever. You’re about a 15-minute tram ride from Piotrkowska Street (which, let’s face it, gets pretty overwhelming with all the bars and crowds anyway), and there’s this fantastic little pierogi place just two blocks down that I stumbled across on my second night – the kind of spot where the babcia behind the counter doesn’t speak English but somehow communicates exactly what you need through gestures and smiles. The neighborhood has that real residential vibe where you’ll see the same people at the corner shop every morning, and there’s something oddly comforting about that when you’re traveling. Plus, if you’re into Łódź’s whole post-industrial art scene – and honestly, that’s probably why you’re here anyway – you’re perfectly positioned to explore some of the more off-the-beaten-path galleries and converted factory spaces without dealing with the tourist crowds. The check-in process was surprisingly smooth too, though I’d recommend confirming arrival times in advance since it’s not a traditional hotel setup. Just don’t expect room service or a concierge – this is more like borrowing a friend’s really nice apartment for a few days, complete with actual cooking facilities and enough space to spread out your stuff without living out of a suitcase.

Aby otrzymać kody do mieszkania musieliśmy wysłać zdjęcie dowodu , co nas zestresowało ( wcześniej na na Bookingu tego nie mieliśmy nigdy) Godzina w samochodzie szukając informacji w Internecie czy to bezpieczne😆. Niepotrzebny stres. W sypialni niema żadnego ogrzewania .

  Ciche miejsce w starej dzielnicy lodzi. Dobry dojazd do autostrady.
  
  What could be improved: Niestety przed odebraniem kluczy nalezy dokonac drugiej restracji w zewnetrznym portalu, wyslac zdjecie dowodu (czyli m-Obywatel nie dziala) i wlasnej osoby. Niby krótki proces ale nam zajal pol godziny (uwaga dla osób z polskimi znakami w nazwiskach). Do tego infolinia od razu zrzuca polaczenia na poczte wiec w przypadku problemów jest się samemu.
  Do tego mieszkanie jest zimne i ściany są z kartonu.

  Mieszkanie w pełni wyposażone, bardzo przytulne. Super opcja ze sporym tarasem i mini ogródkiem. Spokojna, zielona okolica. Dostępne dedykowane miejsce w garażu podziemnym. W odległości kilku minut samochodem liczne sklepy spożywcze.
  Do centrum kilka minut samochodem.

  What could be improved: Nie jest to krytyka , ale taras jest odkryty dla sąsiadów co powoduje mało prywatności . Mi to nie przeszkadzało bo mało przebywałem na tarasie , zwłaszcza wieczorami.
