  Prostorný apartmán, čistý v nové zástavbě. Dobře vybavená kuchyň i koupelna, klidné prostředí. Určitě mohu doporučit.

  Bardzo ładnie urządzone mieszkanie. Miło się w nim przebywało. Czysto i pachnąco. Blisko przystanki komunikacji miejskiej, dość blisko centrum Łodzi.

  Polecam! Apartament igła. Jestem wymagającym gościem, zawsze szukam najlepszych miejscówek, zarówno pod kątem lokalizacji jak i stanu lokalu. I tu wszystko grało. Wszystko nowiutkie i gustowne. Wyposażony we wszystko, co potrzebne, od przyborów kuchennych wraz z nową gąbką, ściereczkami, poprzez suszarkę, kosmetyki kąpielowe, aż do deski do prasowania, żelazka czy klimatyzatora (który zdecydowanie ułatwił nasz pobyt w czasie największych upałów). Apartament przestronny, wygodne łóżko i kanapa, szafy, wygodny stół z krzesłami w jadalni. Wszystko pachnące nowością (poza śmierdzącymi ręcznikami). Myślę, że warto dodać, iż pod apartamentowcem nie ma jeszcze strefy płatnego parkowania – za każdym razem bez problemu zostawiałam auto praktycznie pod samą bramą wjazdową. Miłym akcentem były książki w salonie – wszystkie oczywiście też nowe i pachnące. Ciekawie urządzony, fajne oświetlenie – dobrze przemyślane. Blok nowy, więc mieszkania wciąż w remoncie, było to naturalnie nieco uciążliwe, ale coś za coś. Podłogi może nie były super czyste, balkon nieposprzątany, ale ubył nowy mop na stanie, więc umyłam sobie podłogę – byłam z malutkim dzieckiem siedzącym ciągle na podłodze – nie mogłam patrzeć na te czarne stópki, stąd moja akcja z myciem 😉

  -odgłosy remontów (ale to nie kwestia apartamentu samego w sobie)
  -brak przypisanego miejsca parkingowego, ale bez problemu dawało się stanąć przy ulicy

  Mieszkanie pięknie urządzone, w pełni wyposażone (może tylko dolozylabym małe ręczniki bo brakowało), czyste. Lokalizacja też super,około 10 minut pieszo do Piotrkowskiej,do atrakcji w mieście autem też 7-10 minut. Odbiór kluczy bez problemu. Informacja dla wrażliwych,jest to nowy budynek więc w mieszkaniach trwają jeszcze remonty (stan na 25.08) za kilka tygodni powinno być już cicho 🙂
