The building itself is typical Polish block style, nothing fancy, but the apartment inside is way better than you’d expect from the outside. They’ve clearly put effort into making it functional for people who need to get stuff done – there’s a proper desk setup (not just a tiny table shoved in a corner like some places), decent WiFi that actually works when you’re on video calls, and honestly, the parking situation is a godsend if you’re driving. I mean, trying to find parking in central Łódź can be a nightmare, so having a guaranteed spot is worth the booking fee alone.

What I really appreciated was how quiet it gets at night, even though you’re basically downtown. The park they mention – it’s Sienkiewicza Park, just a few minutes walk – is actually lovely for morning runs or just clearing your head between meetings. The apartment itself feels lived-in rather than sterile, if that makes sense. There are little touches that show someone actually thought about what travelers need: proper blackout curtains (crucial during those long summer days), a coffee setup that doesn’t require a engineering degree to operate, and enough space to spread out your stuff without feeling cramped. The shower has good pressure too, which, let’s face it, can be hit or miss in these converted apartments. Only minor complaint? The kitchen could use sharper knives, but I’m probably being picky since I cook more than most people do when traveling. The building’s entrance is a bit confusing the first time – there are multiple doors and the numbering isn’t super obvious – but the check-in instructions are pretty detailed once you actually read them. All in all, it’s the kind of place that grows on you, especially if you’re staying for more than just a night or two and want somewhere that feels more like a temporary home than a hotel room.

  Lokalizacja super, blisko dworca PKP i do tramwaju. Zwiedzałam najczęściej pieszo, więc ta lokalizacja okazała się w punkt. W budynku jest winda. Pokój czysty.

  Nowo urządzone mieszkanie na 2 piętrze z windą. Dobrze wyposażone (żelazko+deska do prasowania, naczynia, ręczniki). Ładny widok z okna na skwer z fontanną. Miejsce parkingowe za bramą na pilota, blisko wejścia do klatki schodowej, na podwórzu z kamerami. Świetna lokalizacja – 5 min. spacerem na Piotrkowską, 10 min. do Teatru Wielkiego, niedaleko przystanek autobusu do Orientarium.
