The layout flows really naturally, and there’s this attention to detail that you don’t always get with three-star places. I loved how they’ve kept some of the building’s original character while adding modern touches that actually make sense. The kitchen’s properly equipped too, which matters if you’re like me and want to grab fresh stuff from the nearby markets rather than eating out every meal. Speaking of food, you’re maybe a ten-minute walk from some of Łódź’s best restaurants on Piotrkowska Street – though honestly, the neighborhood around Tramwajowa has its own hidden gems that most tourists miss completely.

What really sold me on this place was how it captures the real Łódź experience without any of the tourist trap nonsense. The building has this authentic Polish apartment feel, but you’ve got reliable WiFi, good water pressure (trust me, this matters), and surprisingly effective soundproofing. I stayed during a pretty busy week in the city, and I could actually sleep well despite being so close to the transportation hub. The 9.2 rating makes total sense once you’re there – it’s not trying to be fancy, but everything just works the way it should. Plus, getting around is ridiculously easy from here. You can catch trams right outside, walk to most of the city center attractions, or hop on a train if you want to explore beyond Łódź. I actually extended my stay an extra night because I realized I was in such a perfect base for exploring the city’s incredible street art scene and those converted factory spaces that make Łódź so unique these days.

  Świetny pobyt!
  Mieszkanie w nowym bloku, bardzo czyste i zadbane. Kuchnia w pełni wyposażona. Wszystko nowe i przemyślane, świeża pachnąca pościel. Świetna lokalizacja – blisko do dworca PKP i przystanku tramwajowego, co bardzo ułatwia poruszanie się po mieście. Dodatkowym atutem jest miejsce parkingowe w podziemnym garażu zamykanym na pilota. Serdecznie polecam!

  Doskonała lokalizacja, dobre wyposażenie, dobry komfort. Fajny plac zabaw. Mieszkanie dla dwojga jak i rodziny z dzieckiem czy dwoma.
  
  What could be improved: Wystarczyła by jedna wiadomość z przypomnieniem gdzie zostawić pilot do garażu i klucze… A nie codziennie. Otwory wentylacyjne są zaślepione podwójnym filcem. Bez sensu można by zastosować filtr węglowy lub inny rodzaj gąbkowego i polepszyć wentylację mieszkania. Parking w takim miejscu na plus ale myślę że obiekt mogłyby informować o maksymalnej dopuszczalnej wysokości pojazdu ( część aut z bagażnikiem dachowym lub namiotem na dachu nie zmieści się i może narobić szkód).
