Look, I’ll be honest – when I first heard the name Komfortowy apartament przy centrum Manufaktura z parkingiem, I thought “okay, that’s a mouthful,” but you know what? Sometimes the places with the longest names are trying to tell you exactly what you’re getting. And in this case, they weren’t kidding around.

This apartment sits right on Drewnowska Street in the Baluty district, which – if you’re not familiar with Łódź – puts you basically a stone’s throw from Manufaktura. I mean, you can literally walk there in about ten minutes, maybe fifteen if you’re dragging luggage. That shopping and entertainment complex is pretty much the heartbeat of modern Łódź, so being this close is actually perfect. You get all the convenience without the tourist trap pricing that comes with being literally on top of everything. The area itself has this interesting mix of old industrial architecture (Łódź was huge in textiles back in the day) and newer developments, so there’s character everywhere you look.

What really sold me on this place, though, was the parking situation. I know that sounds mundane, but honestly – anyone who’s tried to park near Manufaktura on a weekend knows it’s basically a nightmare. Having a guaranteed spot takes away so much stress, especially if you’re doing day trips around the region or just don’t want to deal with public transport after a long day of sightseeing. The apartment itself is properly comfortable – the kind of place where everything just works. The wifi doesn’t cut out every five minutes, the shower has decent pressure, and the kitchen actually has all the basics you need (I’m talking real plates, not paper ones). It’s got that lived-in feel without being worn down, if that makes sense.

The 9.8 rating surprised me at first because, let’s face it, most places hover around 8-something, but after staying there I get it. It’s those little details – like having blackout curtains that actually block light, or towels that don’t feel like sandpaper. Plus, the building is quiet enough that you’re not hearing your neighbors’ entire life story through paper-thin walls. The Baluty neighborhood gets pretty calm in the evenings too, which is nice if you’re someone who values decent sleep. During the day, you’ve got cafes and small shops within walking distance, and the tram connections are solid if you want to explore other parts of the city. Łódź isn’t huge anyway, so you’re never really that far from anywhere interesting. What I appreciated most was feeling like I was staying in a real part of the city rather than some sterile hotel district – you see actual residents going about their daily lives, kids playing in courtyards, that sort of authentic atmosphere that makes travel worthwhile.

  Найчистіша квартира, в якій доводилося зупинятися! Відмінно все, від постілі з рушниками до наповнення всім необхідним кухні та ванної кімнати. Велика кількість посуду, є навіть спеції) Вперше зустрічаю достатню кількість кавових капсул і таблеток для посудомийної машини, зазвичай їх не вистачає, за це окреме дякую хазяїну)) Приємно, що власнику не байдуже, як ви проведете час. Супер розташування! Поруч торгівельний центр з купою магазинів та кафе, при цьому тихо та спокійно, до центральної вулиці зручно прогулятися пішки. Наявність парковки. Рекомендую на 100%!!!
