Kazimierza street, I honestly wasn’t expecting much – it’s tucked away in what feels like a quiet residential corner of Łódź’s Śródmieście district. But the moment I stepped inside, everything clicked. The building has this gorgeous restored facade that somehow manages to feel both historic and completely modern, which is sort of perfect for Łódź since the whole city has this incredible industrial-meets-contemporary vibe going on.

The apartments themselves are actually spacious – and I mean properly spacious, not that cramped European hotel room thing where you’re bumping into furniture. Each unit feels more like staying at a well-designed friend’s place than a typical accommodation. The kitchens are fully equipped (I made coffee every morning and even cooked dinner one night), and honestly, the beds are some of the most comfortable I’ve encountered in Poland. What really got me though was the attention to small details – proper blackout curtains, plenty of outlets where you actually need them, and bathrooms with decent water pressure. The whole place just feels thoughtfully put together by someone who actually travels and knows what matters.

Location-wise, you’re about a fifteen-minute walk to Piotrkowska Street, which means you can easily hit all the main restaurants and bars but still come home to a quiet neighborhood at night. I loved being able to walk to the Manufaktura shopping center when I needed supplies, and there’s this little bakery around the corner on Sienkiewicza that locals seem to frequent – their rogale are incredible if you’re there in the morning. Parking was straightforward too, which anyone who’s driven in Polish city centers will appreciate. The 9.8 rating makes total sense once you stay here – it’s one of those places where everything just works without any drama, the staff actually responds quickly when you need something, and you end up extending your stay if you can. I mean, for a 4-star place in Łódź, it punches way above its weight.

Travelers should reserve a hotel in Lodz at least two months ahead for major events like Camerimage Festival, ensuring the best rates and prime locations near cultural attractions.

  Mój kolejny pobyt co chyba jest najlepszą rekomendacją. Apartament czysty, zadbany i świetnie wyposażony – jest dosłownie wszystko, czego potrzeba do wygodnego pobytu. Bardzo doceniam bałość o detale — od kawy, herbat, słodyczy, przez podstawowe produkty spożywcze i przybory (żelazko, parasol, rolkę do ubrań, mini-lustro), aż po zmywarķę czy pralkę.Szybki internet i biurko pozwalają popracować.
  Kontakt z właścicielką rewelacyjny- sympatyczny, szybki i pomocny. Lokalizacja idealna – blisko komunikacji, sklepów i centrum. Czułam się tu jak w domu i z przyjemnością wrócę po raz kolejny 🙂

  Kolejny udany pobyt. Lokalizacja na której mi zależało, przystanek tramwajowy pod blokiem. Miejsce parkingowe, świetny kontakt z właścicielką. Mieszkanie jest nieduże, ale ma wszystko czego potrzeba. Wygodne łóżko, ręczniki, suszarka do włosów, woda i kawa na duży plus. Czyste i przyjemne otoczenie.

  Lokalizacja jak dla mnie bardzo dobra, blisko przystanek tramwajowy. Parking na samochód bezpłatny, wokół bloku, ja nie miałem problemu z parkowaniem. Przestronne wnętrza, fajna duża sypialnia. Łazienka może troszkę nieustawna (dostęp do umywalki) ale to nie stanowiło jakiegoś dla mnie problemu. Mimo bliskości ulicy, hałas nie odczuwalny, też w środku nie uciążliwe sąsiedztwo. Czystość wzorowa. Ogólnie bardzo pozytywne wrażenie. Bardzo dobry kontakt też w właścicielką na czacie.

  Apartament ładnie urządzony, bardzo funkcjonalny i czysty. Duża dbałość o zapewnienie wszystkich wygód. Wyposażenie rewelacyjne – np. zestaw kilkunastu przypraw w opisanych słoiczkach. Gość ma naprawdę wrażenie, że jest oczekiwany. Bardzo dobry i szybki kontakt z życzliwą Właścicielką.

  The owner left sweets and a bottle of red wine. This was the only apartment I could see on booking.com allowing entry from 1400. All the others that I could see in a convenient location were from 1500 or 1600. Quiet and near tram stop and railway station. Very good lighting and comfortable sofa and bed. Well-eqipped kitchen, Good value at the price.

  Excellent reception. A ton of complimentary goodies such as good coffee, variety of teas, some sweets, water in the fridge and dry groceries in the pantry.
  Great selection of entertainment – DVD's, books, home cinema audio and smart-TV with stable internet.
  
  What could be improved: Dishwasher was left closed which caused some smells, but nothing too bad. Shower could use a deep clean, but was overall hygienic and pleasant to use.
