The building itself sits on a street that’s busy enough to feel connected but not so crazy that you can’t sleep (though being on the fourth floor definitely helps with street noise). What really sold me was the parking situation – and I know that sounds boring, but if you’ve ever tried to park in central Łódź, especially during business hours, you’ll understand why having a guaranteed spot feels like winning the lottery. The apartment itself has that lived-in comfort that’s way better than sterile hotel rooms. Everything works the way it should, the WiFi actually connects without you having to call the front desk three times, and there’s enough space to spread out your stuff without feeling like you’re playing Tetris with your luggage.

Here’s what I really appreciated though – it’s positioned perfectly for getting around the city without being stuck in the tourist bubble. You’re close enough to catch trams heading toward Piotrkowska Street (the main drag everyone talks about), but you’re also near some of the neighborhoods where you can grab groceries, find decent coffee that doesn’t cost a fortune, and sort of blend in with the rhythm of the city. The 8.9 rating makes total sense once you stay there – it’s not trying to be fancy or Instagram-perfect, but everything just works smoothly. Check-in was straightforward, no weird surprises with fees or policies, and the place was actually clean (I know, low bar, but you’d be surprised). If you’re the type who wants to experience Łódź like someone who actually lives there rather than just passing through on a tour bus, this spot delivers on that front. Plus, and this might sound silly, but there’s something satisfying about staying somewhere with such an honest name – no “Grand Palace” or “Royal Suites” nonsense, just a solid apartment with parking that does exactly what it promises.

  Taip viskas buvo neblogai. Vienintelis dalykas, tai atvykus i vietą truputį buvo bėdų su internetu. Tai šeimininkė nelabai kontaktuoja. O ir nesidomi ar viskas gerai, ar nieko netrūksta. O taip daug ką aplankėme. Zoo, manufaktura, Lodzės miesto muziejų. Kanalizacijos muziejų, žydų žudynių kalėjimą. Tikrai yra ką aplankyti. Varšuvoje aplankėme Koperniko muziejų. Žiauriai Lodzės miesto katedrą.

  What could be improved: Не было микроволновки, было неудобно греть еду на сковородке, купить микроволновку это очень недорого, зато удобно разогреть еду!
