But you know what? After staying there, I actually get it. They’re basically listing everything you can walk to, and honestly, it’s not wrong.

The location on Piotrkowska 21 is absolutely perfect if you want to be in the thick of things in Łódź. I mean, you’re literally on Piotrkowska Street – the main pedestrian strip that locals just call “Pietryna.” Within five minutes of walking out the front door, I was at OFF Piotrkowska (that massive shopping and cultural center built in old factory buildings), and Manufaktura was maybe a fifteen-minute stroll. The apartment itself felt more like staying at a friend’s place than a typical hotel room, which I loved. The AC actually works – not always a given in older Polish buildings – and having a kitchen meant I could grab fresh bread from the local bakeries and make proper coffee in the morning instead of relying on hotel instant stuff.

What really sold me on this place though was the parking situation. Finding a spot in central Łódź can be a nightmare, especially near the main attractions, but they’ve got it sorted. The building sits in Śródmieście district, which sounds fancy but really just means “city center,” and parking here usually costs a fortune or simply doesn’t exist. The apartment was clean without being sterile, and you could tell someone actually cared about the details – good water pressure, decent Wi-Fi, and windows that actually blocked out street noise (important since Piotrkowska can get lively, especially on weekends). I did notice the building itself is a bit older, so don’t expect ultra-modern finishes, but it has character and everything works properly. The 8.9 rating makes sense to me – it’s not luxury, but it delivers exactly what it promises. If you’re planning to explore Łódź’s industrial heritage sites like EC1 or catch an event at ATLAS Arena, this spot puts you right in the center of everything without paying city center hotel prices. Just don’t expect room service or a concierge – this is more about having your own little base camp in one of Poland’s most underrated cities.

  Poloha apartmánu bola priamo na ulici Piotrkowska. Bolo to blízko aj Manufaktúry. Vybavenie bolo v poriadku. Pobyt bol bez raňajok. Parkovanie v poriadku.
  
  What could be improved: Do ubytovania, kde sa parkovalo autom bolo potrebné ísť cez zákaz odbočenia, ale asi to inak nejde. Takže na prvý krát som tam autom nešiel, museli sme kontaktovať ubytovanie, kde potvrdili, že máme odbočiť do zákazu. V izbe ešte vřzgali drevené parkety 😀

  What could be improved: Niestety miałem niemiłą przygodę, gdyż drzwi wejściowe od klatki zostały zamknięte od środka i o 1 w nocy musiałem czekać pod drzwiami wejściowymi na pomoc. Bardzo duży plus dla pracującej tam Pani za to, że w nocy odebrała telefon i szybko przyjechała na miejsce, żeby drzwi otworzyć. Natomiast brak możliwości dostania się do lokalu w środku nocy i konieczność dzwonienia po pomoc nie należy do przyjemnych.

  Appartment with sofa bed was really comfortable with two kids. Kitchen has all necessary things to prepare breakfast, mini supermarket Zabka is on the corner. Location is very central, but windows are in the backyard so absolutely silent at night. Receptionist is nice and welcoming.

  It is a very well located apartment right on the Piotrkowska street. It's was clean, spacious and the host was very friendly and helpful.
