And yes, the Netflix thing isn’t just marketing nonsense; they’ve actually got it set up properly with a decent smart TV, which was perfect for those rainy October evenings when I just wanted to decompress after wandering around the city all day. The space is thoughtfully laid out too – nothing fancy, but everything you need is there, from a proper kitchen where you can actually cook (not one of those sad kitchenettes with a broken burner) to genuinely comfortable bedding that doesn’t feel like cardboard.

What really won me over, though, was how quiet it gets at night. Tramwajowa Street sounds like it would be noisy – I mean, “tram street,” right? – but it’s actually surprisingly peaceful once evening hits. The neighborhood has this authentic Polish residential vibe where you’ll see families heading to the nearby Bałucki Market in the mornings and older folks chatting on benches in the small parks scattered around. The owners clearly know what they’re doing too; check-in was smooth (they actually responded to messages quickly, which feels rare these days), and they’d left some basic groceries and coffee – small touches that make a difference when you’re tired from traveling. I stayed here twice actually, once in spring and again in early winter, and both times it felt like coming back to a familiar spot rather than starting over somewhere new. For the price point and that 9.6 rating, it’s honestly hard to find fault with the place, especially if you’re the type of traveler who prefers experiencing a city from a neighborhood perspective rather than being stuck in some generic hotel district.

  Wygodne łóżko. Sypialnia oddzielona od salonu z aneksem kuchennym. Podstawowe przybory kuchenne. Przestronna łazienka z dużym prysznicem. Nocą ładny widok na oświetlony dworzec fabryczny. Polecam.

  Jasne wyjaśnienie, jak dotrzeć do obiektu. Sympatyczna pomoc przez telefon. Pani zaproponowała też wcześniejsze zameldowanie, niż było wstępnie uzgodnione. Podobnie też z wymeldowaniem- mogliśmy zostać dłużej. Może nie każdemu, ale bynajmniej nam odpowiadał industrialny widok na miasto- elektrownia, dworzec wiadukty, budowy nowych bloków.

  No po prostu nie ma się do czego doczepić ,nawet jakby się chciało. Grzejniki dobrze grzeją , nawet w ciepłe dni jest możliwość odkręcenia . Kontakt błyskawiczny , zawsze dostawałem odpowiedź od razu. Pomóc i pójście na rękę że wszystkim . Czysto , wyposażenie doskonale, balkon z bardzo ładnym widokiem . Ze stacji minuta drogi. Jeśli będę znów przejazdem w Łodzi to właśnie tutaj wrócę . Polecam gorąco to miejsce !!

  Very nice apartment. This is a very modern apartment and very close to the train station. It is part of a "gated community" in a new apartment building. Next time I come to Lodz, I will book it again.
  
  What could be improved: I really like the stay. If I need to complain, then about the weather. It was very windy during my stay. The windows do not seem to be perfectly airtight, and hence, one can hear the wind in the apartment. Also, the Internet was gone for a few hours on one of the windy evenings.
