You’re nestled away from the usual city center chaos, yet you can still walk to Piotrkowska Street in about fifteen minutes if you want the nightlife action.

The apartment itself feels genuinely spacious – I mean, when they say “deluxe” they’re not just throwing around fancy words. The ceilings are higher than what you’d find in most modern builds, probably because this is one of those pre-war buildings that got a proper renovation. What really impressed me was the kitchen setup; they’ve actually thought about people who might want to cook a real meal, not just heat up instant noodles. The appliances work (shocking, I know), and there’s enough counter space that you won’t feel like you’re playing Tetris with your groceries. The bed was comfortable too – firm enough that you won’t wake up feeling like you’ve been sleeping on a marshmallow, but soft enough that you’ll actually want to hit snooze.

Here’s what nobody tells you about this area: it’s incredibly quiet at night, but during the day you’ve got this lovely neighborhood energy. There’s a small grocery store literally around the corner on Graniczna, and the tram connections are better than you’d expect for being slightly off the beaten path. Parking was surprisingly hassle-free too – there’s street parking that doesn’t require you to solve a mathematical equation to figure out the payment system. The only minor thing that bothered me was that the WiFi occasionally got a bit spotty in the evening (probably when everyone in the building is streaming something), but it wasn’t bad enough to actually interfere with work calls or anything important. The check-in process was smooth, no awkward key exchanges or waiting around for someone to show up. You know what really won me over though? The windows actually open properly and let in fresh air – which sounds basic, but you’d be amazed how many places have those terrible sealed units that make you feel trapped. With that 9.3 rating, I understand why people keep coming back here.

Travelers should reserve a hotel in Lodz at least two months ahead for major events like Camerimage Festival, ensuring the best rates and prime locations near cultural attractions.

  Pekné nové bývanie mimo centra. Ohradená rezidencia v súkromnom rezorte a tichom prostredí. Vybavenie a čistota je TOP.
  
  What could be improved: Dvere ubytovania neboli označené ale našli sme ich nakoniec podľa bezpečnostnej schránky. Fotka z ulice, vstupnej brány a bytového domu pomôže ďalším hosťom skôr to nájsť. Trvalo nám chvíľu kým sme našli konkrétny dom. Zásuvku 230V v spálni treba opraviť. Chýbala nám mikrovlnná rúra.

  quiet, peaceful location, clean air, behind the fence there is a forest, on the other side there is a private development sector. + underground parking 1 space. Everything is cool but If you have two cars, you will have to park the second one behind the fence like others.
