The B&B sits at number 82, and honestly, you couldn’t ask for a better spot to explore everything. I’d wake up, grab coffee from one of those little cafés that locals actually frequent (not the touristy ones), and just wander. The whole Śródmieście district has this fascinating post-industrial vibe – you’ll see these gorgeous Art Nouveau buildings mixed with Soviet-era architecture, and somehow it all works together. What I really appreciated was how quiet the place actually gets at night, despite being on such a main street. The windows are decent quality, so you’re not dealing with street noise keeping you up.

The place itself is pretty straightforward – it’s a solid 3-star that doesn’t try to be something it’s not. The rooms are clean and functional, though I wouldn’t call them spacious (this is city center living, after all). But here’s what I loved: the owners actually seem to care about the details that matter. The WiFi works properly, the shower has good pressure, and – this might sound small – but they have those little touches like decent coffee in the common area and they’re genuinely helpful with directions. I asked about getting to Manufaktura (that massive shopping and cultural complex), and instead of just pointing me toward a taxi, they explained the tram system and which stops to use. That 7.9 rating makes sense to me – it’s not perfect, but it delivers on what it promises. Plus, and I cannot stress this enough, having that parking spot included is worth its weight in gold. I watched other travelers circling the blocks looking for street parking, and I just… didn’t have to deal with that stress. If you’re planning to explore beyond Łódź – maybe day trips to Warsaw or checking out some of the smaller towns in the region – having your car sorted is genuinely liberating.

  Pačiame centre, jei su automobiliu, tai iš pradžių reikia pasistatyti automobilį toliau, po to nueiti į apartamentus, ten paiimti raktus, prie kurių yra pultelis, su kuriuo atrakini įvažiavimo vartus į kiemą. Tada galima važiuoti su automobiliu. Įvažiavimas sudėtingas, nes pagrindinė gatvė pilna važiuojnčių dviračių ir pėsčiųjų.

  What could be improved: Located at the very end of neglected courtyard, it was not described in location. Poor hygiene, bucket and mop greeting you at the door, dusty, mould in a shower cubicle, no blackout curtains, ants in a living room floor coming from the main door.

  Location the best as it can be. Good equiped, interesting interior. Super fast answering host.
  
  What could be improved: Too hot at summer time. No conditioner. Matress not comfortable. For those who travelling with the cars this apartment have inner parking space which is so tinny and you must have very good parking skills. Also the gate opens only with remote, so first you must go to apartment to take it. Very long instructions for self check in.

  Great location, spacious and comfy flat and good self-checking instructions. Pleasantly decorated, it was warm and had everything that we needed.
  
  What could be improved: There were few spots that could do with a more thorough clean. The acoustic of the place is quite bad – meaning – we could hear the neighbour walking upstairs and when they stepped around a certain point it was creaking loudly and the plexi in our bedroom door vibrated, it was kind of spooky at first but didn’t stop us from sleeping and going about our normal activities.
