Located on the third floor of a residential block on Rajdowa street, it’s honestly one of those hidden gems that makes you feel like you’ve discovered something the travel bloggers haven’t ruined yet.

The location is what really got me – I mean, you’re literally a stone’s throw from Atlas Arena, which is perfect if you’re catching a concert or sporting event (and trust me, the walk back after a late show beats waiting for a taxi). The Łódź Zoo is close enough that you can actually hear the lions sometimes in the early morning, which sounds weird but is oddly charming when you’re sipping coffee on that balkon they mention. Speaking of coffee, that Nespresso machine isn’t just some cheap hotel room knockoff – it’s the real deal, and after trying Polish hotel coffee for a week, I was genuinely grateful. The whole setup feels more like staying at a friend’s place than a typical rental, especially with that PlayStation 5 hooked up to a decent TV. I spent way too many evenings playing FIFA instead of exploring Łódź’s nightlife, but honestly? No regrets.

What impressed me most was how thoughtfully everything was arranged – the two bedrooms are actually spacious enough that you don’t feel cramped, and having a proper living room means you can spread out without turning the place into chaos. The travel cot setup was seamless (my sister brought her toddler for part of our stay), and the balcony catches the afternoon sun perfectly for lazy coffee breaks. The elevator works consistently, which might sound trivial until you’re hauling luggage up Polish apartment building stairs. Parking can be a bit tricky in this neighborhood – it’s mostly street parking and gets competitive during Atlas Arena events, but the local knowledge from the host helped us figure out the side streets where you can usually find a spot. The 9.5 rating isn’t just booking algorithm magic; this place genuinely feels like someone put thought into what travelers actually need rather than just checking boxes on an amenities list.

  Dostępność windy, siatka na balkonie, ekspres do kawy, lokalizacja, krzesełko do karmienia, łóżeczko dla dziecka i wiele wiele innych rzeczy ♥️ Udogodnień było naprawdę dużo, jeśli ktoś planuje spędzić dużo czasu w mieszkaniu to nie będzie się nudził, a jeśli ktoś lubi spędzać czas aktywnie to miło jest wypić poranną kawę na balkonie (ładny widok na zieleń, nie na okna z bloków obok) oraz wygodnie się wyspać po powrocie. Bez problemu można coś obejrzeć wieczorem czy pograć w gry na ps5, choć tutaj polecam wziąć jakieś swoje. Są zabawki dla maluchów około 1-2 lat typu puzzle i książeczki. Mieszkanie jest spore, ma fajne ułożenie. Serdecznie polecam!

  The apartment was a lovely good size modern and clean apartment near the airport and the city centre. The host was very well organized with providing instructions and support throughout the stay. Would gladly recommend for a stay.

  It was a place, where we could sleep, had a diswasher and a washing mashine (both with capsules) and one Playstation game (car races, however the kids were not impressed). Good, not synthetic blankets. I guess there are almost no bad reviews of this property, because the owners somehow deprive the clients from writing a review! I could't write a review until I contacted Booking.com customer service!
  
  What could be improved: 1. DIRTY!! Dust on the shelves, hair, dust and tiny pieces of something in the drawers, spiderwebs in the corners of the ceiling, sticky carpet and some surfaces, the washing machine was ugly to touch, windows haven't been cleaned for some 10-15 years! Seems like nobody has ever cleaned it thoroughly. (see the photos)
  2. OLD AND WORN DOWN. You shouldn't call the apartment newly renovated, if it was renovated in this millenium…😉 The walls are worn down and need repainting, the furniture is also not new.
  3. Cold, unpleasant and not cosy. The interior looks much worse that in the photos. It needs renovating and consultations with an interior designer. One bedroom is very pink(!), overall the owners are found of pink colour.
  4. The toilet room is so small, that we first of all opened the lid and just then closed the doors. No, we are not big people😉
  5. DINGY ENTRANCE to an old soviet building.

  The apartment was close to the airport so I booked for my family.
  It was lovely, modern and very clean. Had all amenities. Popped to the shops next door and the pizzeria.
  Beds were very comfy too. I felt very safe.

  the location was very good in the town, was a little confusing finding it but i had good and clear instructions, the flat itself was clean and plenty of blankets and bedding for a warm stay, communication with the host was very easy welcoming and helpful would totally recommend staying here! very modern flat with everything you need and more!

  Everything was perfect – we had everything what we needed from supplies, rooms and beds was very comfortable, clean and tidy. Apartment itself very cozy.
  Location was perfect next to metro and bus stops, grocery stores 1 min away, it was easy to find it also.
  
  What could be improved: Very small detail but we needed more garbage bags than one for rubbish, because it didn’t fit into the garbage bin and where they are disposed.
