You’re close enough to the city center that you can walk to most places that matter (maybe 15-20 minutes to Piotrkowska Street), but far enough out that you’re not dealing with weekend party noise or tourist crowds. There’s this little bakery about two blocks down that locals actually use, and honestly, their morning coffee situation is better than what you’ll find in most hotels. The trams run regularly along this stretch too, which saved me a fortune on taxis.

What I really appreciated – and this might sound minor but trust me on this – is that the apartments actually feel like someone lives there, or at least could live there comfortably. The “cozy and bright” part of the name isn’t just marketing speak. Natural light pours in through decent-sized windows, and the furniture doesn’t have that sterile rental property vibe. I mean, it’s clearly designed for short stays, but there are thoughtful touches like proper hangers in the closet and a kitchen setup that you could actually use if you wanted to grab groceries instead of eating out every night. The Wi-Fi was solid throughout my stay, which matters more than people admit when you’re trying to work. Check-in was pretty smooth – they’ve got it organized so you’re not standing around waiting, though I’d recommend confirming your arrival time ahead of time.

Now, it’s a 3-star place with a solid 8.7 rating, and that feels about right. Don’t expect luxury touches, but everything works properly and feels clean. The shower pressure was actually impressive, and the beds are comfortable enough that I slept well despite the usual travel stress. Street parking can be a bit hit-or-miss depending on the time of day, but there are options nearby if you’re driving. Łódź isn’t exactly overrun with tourists, so this place gives you a genuine feel for how the city actually operates day-to-day. It’s the kind of spot where you end up having real conversations with staff about where locals go for dinner, rather than getting handed a glossy brochure of tourist traps.

  Дуже комфортне приміщення. Не велике по розмірам але все що потрібно е. Лише не вистачило мікрохвильовки. Було чисто.
  В помешканні було чотири рушники, фен, також е пральна машина, сушилка стоїть на балконі е електро чайник. Якщо намітили в шафі можна знайти пилососа. Також у шафі е додаткові подушки і одіяло. Холодильник сховано у стіні поблизу з шафою.
  В наявності е тарілки, відельчики, ложки, чашки, дошка, ваза та кастрюлі. Все дуже гарно. Наступного разу якщо буду їхати обов'язково зніму ще. Але невелике побажання прокип'ятити чайник з водою і лимонною кислотою ( накипу не буде).
  Bardzo wygodny pokój. Nie za duży, ale ma wszystko, czego potrzeba. Brakowało tylko mikrofalówki. Był czysty.
  W apartamencie znajdowały się cztery ręczniki, suszarka do włosów, pralka, suszarka na balkonie i czajnik elektryczny. W szafie znajdował się odkurzacz. W szafie znajdowały się również dodatkowe poduszki i koc. Lodówka była ukryta w ścianie obok szafy.
  Są talerze, widelce, łyżki, kubki, deska, wazon i garnki. Wszystko jest bardzo ładne. Następnym razem na pewno wezmę więcej. Ale chciałbym zagotować wodę w czajniku z kwaskiem cytrynowym (nie będzie kamienia).

  Mega wygodne łóżko w sypialni, czysto, duży balkon, kawa i kilka przypraw w szafce – fajnie. Łazienka czysta, wygodna wanna i pralka – rzadko na wyposażeniu w mieszkaniach 'na doby' ale jak ktoś jest na dłużej to fajnie.

  What could be improved: Hygiene was not good enough,from entrance you can see dog hair full on the foot mat ,secondly the beddings were not properly cleaned and full of hair from probably last guests and offensive smells of washing powder coming to your nose at intervals.
  Lastly there was no TV subscription when turned on.
