  Świetna lokalizacja, rzut beretem od Piotrkowskiej ze wszystkimi jej rozrywkami. Na plus: duży bezpłatny parking ogólnodostępny obok osiedla, jest gdzie zaparkować. Kamienica, mieszkanie i całe osiedle są bardzo zadbane. Trzeba jednak pamiętać, że mieszkanie jest na 3. piętrze i wejście jest po schodach.
