I’ll be honest – when I first spotted Fuzja V by LookAp on Milionowa Street, I wasn’t sure what to expect. The name sounds like some sort of modern art installation, and well, that’s not too far off actually. This 3-star spot sits right in the heart of Łódź’s revitalized area, and you know what? It totally gets what this city is about – that whole industrial-chic thing mixed with genuine Polish hospitality.

The building itself has this cool, understated vibe that doesn’t scream “look at me” like some places do. Inside though, that’s where things get interesting. The design feels deliberate but not pretentious – sort of like someone actually thought about how real people move through spaces instead of just making Instagram backdrops. I mean, the common areas have this warm lighting that makes you want to linger with a coffee, and the rooms are surprisingly spacious for what you’d expect in this part of town. The beds are comfortable (I’m picky about mattresses), and honestly, the soundproofing is better than most places I’ve stayed in Polish city centers. You might catch some street noise if you’re a super light sleeper, but Milionowa isn’t exactly a party strip anyway.

What really struck me about this place is how it fits into the neighborhood. You’re literally a few minutes’ walk from Piotrkowska – that’s Łódź’s main pedestrian street for anyone who hasn’t been – but you’re not dealing with all the tourist chaos. The staff here actually knows the area, too. They pointed me toward this little pierogi place around the corner that I never would’ve found otherwise, and gave me the real scoop on which trams to take (trust me, Łódź public transport can be confusing if you’re not from here). Check-in was smooth, no weird hidden fees or attitude, and they store luggage without making you feel like you’re asking for a huge favor. Parking can be a bit tricky in this part of town – it’s mostly street parking and it fills up during the day – but that’s pretty typical for central Łódź, not really the hotel’s fault. With an 8.8 rating, clearly other people are having the same positive experience I did. It’s one of those places that doesn’t try to be something it’s not, which honestly makes it more memorable than half the flashier spots I’ve stayed at.

  Зручне розташування, неподалік будинку є кафешки, ресторанчики, дитячий майданчик. В 10 хв хотьби- супермаркет. В квартирі є все необхідне з посуду, білизни. Чисто та гарно! Дякую! Рекомендую!

  Сподобалось все. Комфортно, затишно, тихо(!!!), зручно. Є все необхідне для проживання- кухня, холодильник,електрочайник, посудомийка, пральна машина , капсули для прання, праска, гель- шампунь, бальзам для тіла,білизна для постілі і рушники. Чай пакетований трьох видів, сіль і перець. Все продумано до дрібниць, враховані всі потреби. В кімнаті дуже тепло. Комунікація з власниками житла дуже швидка. Дозволили заселитись на 1,5 год раніше. Біля житла два магазини в пішому доступі, зручна транспортна розв'язка. Дякуємо власникам за приємно проведені п'ять днів

  Przestronność i funkcjonalność apartamentu – super, że są takie elementy jak piekarnik czy pralka. Przy kilkudniowym pobycie bardzo się przydaje!
  
  What could be improved: Wszystko było super! Jedyna rzecz, która mogłaby ulec zmianie to dodanie jakiegokolwiek dywanu. Niestety, z racji podłogi w firmie kafli, w apartamencie bywa zimno, a jakiekolwiek rozmowy czy szczekanie psa bardzo się niesie, co może przeszkadzać sąsiadom.

  The apartments are nice, bright and warm. A new home. Only a little far from the center.
  
  What could be improved: Everything was great, but the house was new and the builders started work at 8 am. Someone drilled the neighbors every morning.
