You know what struck me first about Fuzja Loft Dream by LookAp? It’s tucked away on Tymienieckiego street in a way that makes you feel like you’ve discovered something the tour groups haven’t found yet. I mean, Łódź isn’t exactly crawling with tourists anyway, but this spot feels genuinely local – which, honestly, is exactly what I was hoping for.

The loft itself is… well, it’s one of those places where someone clearly put real thought into the design instead of just ordering everything from the same hotel furniture catalog. The space has this industrial-meets-cozy thing going on that actually works (and trust me, I’ve seen plenty of places where it doesn’t). What I really appreciated was how quiet it stays at night – Tymienieckiego isn’t a main thoroughfare, so you’re not dealing with trams rumbling by at all hours like you would closer to Piotrkowska. The windows are decent quality too, which matters more than you’d think in a city apartment setup like this.

LookAp – the company running it – seems to get that travelers want space to spread out without paying five-star prices for the privilege. The kitchen setup is legitimately functional, not just there for show, and there’s enough room to actually unpack your stuff instead of living out of a suitcase. I found myself hanging out there in the evenings instead of feeling like I needed to escape to find atmosphere somewhere else. The neighborhood has this lived-in feel where you’ll see locals walking their dogs and chatting with neighbors – very different from the more touristy areas, but in a good way. There’s a decent grocery store within walking distance (always my first priority when I’m staying somewhere with a kitchen), and you’re still close enough to the main action when you want it. Getting to the city center is straightforward enough, though honestly, I found myself exploring this part of town more than I expected to. Sometimes the best travel experiences happen when you’re not trying so hard to tick boxes off a must-see list, you know?

  Apartament bardzo ładny, gustownie urządzony, było w nim wszystko, czego potrzebowaliśmy, a przede wszystkim było bardzo czysto. Jest tam nawet ogródek, w którym można sobie miło spędzić czas. Bardzo dobry, bezproblemowy kontakt z wynajmującym. Dużym plusem był fakt, że mogliśmy przebywać w nim z pieskiem (za dodatkową opłatą). Po przyjeździe, czekała na nas miła niespodzianka. Polecam w 100%.

  Fantastyczne miejsce. Pięknie urządzone, klimatyczne wnętrze w niezwykłym pofabrycznym kompleksie budynków. Przyjemne, podświetlone nocą patio. Blisko do świetnej śniadaniowni i restauracji.

  Okolica. Wszystko co może kojarzyć się z Łodzią jest w zasadzie dwa kroki dokoła. Zrewitalizowane tereny poprzemysłowe, czerwona cegła. Loftowy charakter. Prywatne patio. Wyposażenie apartamentu.

  Apartament nowy, bardzo estetycznie urządzony. Wyposażony we wszystko czego potrzeba dla rodzin czy to z malutkimi czy większymi dziećmi. Bardzo dobry kontakt z właścicielem. Wróciliśmy zachwyceni i kiedyś na pewno wrócimy. Na przeciwko przepyszne sushi które również polecamy.
  W środku osiedla piękny plac zabaw dla dzieci, stół do tenisa stołowego, Restauracja oraz kawiarnia. Do tego piękne wystawy na które trafiliśmy w starej maszynowni.
