The moment I walked into this sixth-floor apartment on Milionowa Street, I could actually feel the jazz vibe they were going for. I mean, it’s not just a clever name – there’s this subtle musical theme woven throughout that doesn’t feel forced or cheesy. The air conditioning was absolutely perfect (and honestly, after climbing six flights because I’m weird about elevators, I was grateful for that cool blast).

What I love about this place is how it sits right in the heart of Łódź’s cultural district, but somehow manages to feel like a peaceful retreat. Milionowa Street itself has this interesting mix of restored buildings and artistic energy – you’ll see locals heading to galleries or grabbing coffee at small cafes that tourists haven’t really discovered yet. The apartment building has that classic Polish architecture feel, sturdy and unpretentious, and parking was surprisingly stress-free, which anyone who’s driven in European city centers will appreciate. The hosts clearly get that travelers want modern comfort without losing that authentic local experience, and they’ve nailed that balance.

I’ve stayed at plenty of 3-star places that felt generic or tired, but this spot genuinely surprised me with the attention to detail. The space feels thoughtfully designed rather than just furnished – like someone actually lives there and cares about the little things. You’re close enough to Łódź’s main attractions that you can walk to most places (the city’s film school area and Piotrkowska Street are both totally walkable), but far enough from the main tourist noise that you can actually sleep well. And honestly, with a 9.8 rating, I went in with pretty high expectations, but they delivered on every front. It’s the kind of place where you end up staying longer than planned because it just feels right – not flashy or trying too hard, just solid and welcoming in a way that makes you want to come back to Łódź just to stay here again.

  Everything was amazing. Not far away from the city. Amazing terrace view. You can find everything, coffee, tea, dishwashing capsules, washing machine capsules and so on. Very clean, beddings was prepared for kids. Best recomendations. We were super happy about everything.

  Super lokalizacja, widok z okna inspirujący:) Duży plus za parking podziemny -przy ulicy ciężko znaleźć wolne miejsce. Apartament świetnie oświetlony, lampy stojące, ledy w kuchni- wieczorem robi się fajny klimat.
  
  What could be improved: Trzeba zawołać fachowca od okapu- słychać pukanie, stukanie, coś chyba nie tak jest zamontowane. Zwłaszcza w nocy było słychać – śpiąc w salonie. Ale to malutki minus.

  The place was excellent, the furniture was of good quality, and it was very comfortable to stay! They left clear instructions for the parking and where to find extra towels and sheets! Plus the owners were very helpful and gave recommendations.
  
  What could be improved: If anything, I would have liked the checkout a bit later, but I understand that they do so at this time for cleaning purposes.
