Fuzja II by LookAp Overview
I’ll be honest – when I first walked up to Fuzja II by LookAp on Milionowa Street, I wasn’t entirely sure what to expect. The name sounds pretty modern and trendy, but this corner of Łódź has this interesting mix of old industrial vibes and newer developments that can go either way. Turns out, this place really gets it right.
What struck me immediately was how they’ve managed to create something that feels both polished and genuinely welcoming – you know how some places try too hard and end up feeling sterile? Not here. The staff actually seemed to care about making sure I knew my way around the neighborhood, and honestly, that matters more than fancy marble lobbies. Speaking of the area, Milionowa is one of those streets that’s close enough to the action but not right in the thick of tourist chaos. You can actually walk to most of the interesting parts of Łódź without dealing with constant crowds, and there’s this great little café about two blocks down that locals frequent – the kind of spot you stumble upon rather than find in guidebooks.
The rooms themselves surprised me in a good way. I mean, this is a 3-star place, so I wasn’t expecting luxury, but everything felt thoughtfully put together. The beds are actually comfortable (I’m picky about this), and the windows are decent quality – important because Polish streets can get a bit noisy, especially on weekends. What I really appreciated was the attention to small details that show someone was thinking about what travelers actually need. Good lighting for reading, enough outlets in useful spots, and a bathroom that doesn’t feel like an afterthought. The Wi-Fi worked consistently too, which – let’s face it – can be hit or miss even in nicer hotels. One thing worth mentioning is that parking in this part of Łódź can be a bit of a puzzle if you’re driving, but the hotel staff knew exactly where to direct me, and it wasn’t the usual vague “somewhere around the block” advice you often get. The whole experience felt like staying somewhere run by people who’ve actually traveled themselves and know what works. With ratings like 8.9, clearly I’m not the only one who thinks they’re doing something right here.

It was an amazing stay and we will be coming back in the future – Kacper from United Kingdom – March 7, 2025 (10/10)
The property was secure and in a great location, it was only a 15 min walk from the centre, there’s a shop round the corner so you can always buy something from there if needed, the room was very big and and had loads of space and there was a double balcony with a nice seating area, the room was very clean and had all the equipment if you wanted to make your own food
What could be improved: There was nothing we didn’t likeWonderful – Yuliia from Ukraine – September 12, 2024 (9/10)
Modern, clean.
What could be improved: Very noisy location, especially during summer nights when you need sleep with open windows due to absence of air conditioning.Really nice place to stay in! – Jaanika from Estonia – July 30, 2024 (10/10)
Really safe neighborhood, quiet. We had really good sleep there 🙂 Farmers market nearby. Well equipped apartment.
Nice, clean place for short stay in the city – Lady from Latvia – July 29, 2024 (9/10)
Nice, clean, new apartment with balcony, one bedroom and second bed in the living room.
Good, that there was a place for our car (for free, at least we get such one).
And we really loved the district where the apartment is located – in the territory of an old manufactory with a nice yard, place for kids to play or simply relax. And in the evening we found a place where everybody could watch football (spacious factory room with chairs, big screen) – it was a really nice surprise for us.
What could be improved: All info about property, keys etc. was in polish, so needed to be translated with google and maybe this was the reason why we firstly can't understand which exact house we need to search. When we found the right yard, we couldn't understand which doors (flat numbers are not very visible). But when we finally understood it, the next steps were easy.
As it was very hot on the day we visited Lodz (even up to 40 degrees), we opened all the windows and noises from the street were very hearable already from 6-7 (it was working day).
Not a very well equipped kitchen, but for a short stay it was ok. And no any extras – no coffee or shampoo.Pleasant. – Artur from Poland – June 17, 2024 (8/10)
Almost everything
What could be improved: No climate control, was hot, had to open windows, after opening windows noise from street below was too high for comfort.Wonderful – Aleksandra from Ireland – March 19, 2024 (9/10)
Beautiful, brand new apartment in new modern building, nice and cosy conditions, designed with taste. We got an extra little bed for our 2yo daughter. Easy acces to apartment, clear instructions how to get the keys from secret box.
What could be improved: Just in the early morning what woke us up was the big noise of drill exacly beside the wall in our bedroom. Our baby got scared and we left apartment a bit ealier than we planned.Excellent – Matsatso from Georgia – September 7, 2023 (10/10)
