Wschodnia Street isn’t the flashiest address, but that’s sort of the point – you’re right in the middle of a real neighborhood where people actually live and work. I mean, you can walk to the main shopping areas and Piotrkowska Street (that’s the big pedestrian zone everyone talks about) in maybe fifteen minutes, but you’re not dealing with all the noise and chaos right outside your window. There’s a decent grocery store just around the corner, which honestly saved me a bunch of money on breakfast and snacks. The building itself has that classic Polish apartment block vibe – nothing fancy, but solid and well-maintained.

What really impressed me was how the owners have managed to create these comfortable spaces that actually feel like homes rather than generic hotel rooms. My apartment had this nice little kitchenette that was way more functional than I expected – proper fridge, decent cookware, even a coffee maker that didn’t make me miss my morning ritual. The furniture is modern without being sterile, and there are these thoughtful touches like good reading lights and enough outlets in useful places (thank god, because who travels with just one device anymore?). The Wi-Fi was rock solid throughout my stay, which matters when you’re trying to get work done or video call home. I will say the walls aren’t super thick, so if you’re a light sleeper, pack some earplugs – though honestly, the neighborhood is pretty quiet most evenings. Check-in was surprisingly smooth too; they’ve got this self-service system that actually works, unlike some places where you end up standing around for twenty minutes with your luggage. The whole place feels like someone put real thought into what travelers actually need versus what looks good in photos. For a 3-star spot with an 8.4 rating, it punches above its weight class – especially if you’re the type who’d rather spend money on experiencing the city instead of fancy hotel amenities you’ll barely use.

  The apartment was very clean and extremely conveniently located. The shared kitchen was well-equipped and clean, and everything worked fine. The surroundings make you feel very safe. It was indeed like a Dream Apartment. There is some free parking near the building, but you need to be lucky.
  
  What could be improved: The high chairs and the table in the room are rather inconvenient (and could be removed to have more space). The information for the door code was incorrect in the information message, but the owner responded quickly and corrected it. It's a bit confusing to state that the kitchen should be a quiet place 24/7. Don't you mean just after 10pm? Overall, the walls are not soundproof and you can hear other people in their rooms.

  Localization is great, the appartment is enough equipped, quite clean (advice: to clean spider nets as well in the room corners – just something to pay attention to). Everything was very good, willing to come back!
