The apartment itself feels lived-in in the best way possible. It’s not trying to be some sterile hotel experience, but rather like borrowing a friend’s place who happens to have excellent taste and actually cares about their guests’ comfort. The kitchen has everything you need if you want to grab groceries from the Żabka downstairs or hit up the weekend market that sets up just a few blocks away. I actually ended up cooking breakfast most mornings because, honestly, there’s something pretty satisfying about making coffee while watching the street vendors set up their stalls. The Wi-Fi is solid (I worked from there a couple days without any issues), and the heating works well – which, trust me, matters more than you’d think during those Polish winters. The 7.8 rating feels about right; it’s not luxury, but it delivers exactly what it promises without any nasty surprises. If you’re looking to actually experience Łódź rather than just pass through it, this place puts you right in the heart of everything that makes this city worth visiting.
