Dream Apartments – Wschodnia 76 Overview

You know what? I wasn’t expecting much when I first pulled up to Dream Apartments – Wschodnia 76 – I mean, three-star apartments can be hit or miss – but this place actually surprised me in the best way. The building sits right in Śródmieście, which honestly is perfect if you want to feel like you’re living in Łódź rather than just visiting it. Wschodnia Street itself is this lovely tree-lined stretch that feels residential but isn’t sleepy, if that makes sense. You’ve got that authentic Polish neighborhood vibe without being stuck in the middle of nowhere.

The apartments themselves are what really won me over though. They’re properly spacious – not those cramped European “studio” situations where you can touch both walls at once. The kitchens are actually functional too, which I always appreciate because let’s face it, eating out every meal gets expensive and sometimes you just want to make coffee the way you like it. The furnishing is modern but not sterile, sort of that Scandinavian-inspired look that’s everywhere now but done well. I stayed on the third floor and it was surprisingly quiet at night, even though you’re basically in the city center. The windows are decent quality – something you don’t think about until you’re trying to sleep and hearing every tram that goes by.

What I really liked was how the whole setup felt… I don’t know, grown-up? Like you’re not staying in a hotel where housekeeping knocks at 8 AM, but you’re also not dealing with some sketchy Airbnb situation where the host is texting you constantly. The check-in was smooth – they actually have proper reception hours which saved me from that awkward key-pickup dance. And honestly, for the location, the price point makes total sense. You’re walking distance from Piotrkowska Street (which is basically Łódź’s main drag), but you’re not paying those inflated rates you get right in the tourist zone. The 8.6 rating they’ve got? Yeah, I can see why. It’s not luxury, but it delivers exactly what it promises without any unpleasant surprises. I’d definitely book here again, especially for anything longer than a weekend when you want that extra space to spread out.

Hotels in Lodz offer visitors the opportunity to stay in the heart of this creative metropolis, with easy access to museums, galleries, and former textile factories.

Reviews of Dream Apartments – Wschodnia 76

  • Sport event participation stay – Pierre from France – July 30, 2025 (9/10)

A great functionality of the apartment, well equipped, that is in the middle of the old town.

What could be improved: An explanation of different entry codes not clear enough.

  • Central Location – Darta from Latvia – July 21, 2025 (8/10)

Very Central and good for overnight stay when Travellin with Car

What could be improved: There were building work on The opposite sife of The street

  • Very Good – Jolanta from United Kingdom – June 26, 2025 (8/10)

Easy to check in. Clear instructions. Clean appartment in good location. Excellent for 1-2 nights.

What could be improved: Bed was upstairs and there was lack of fresh air despite the open window in the apartment. Too hot. Missing hand towels or at least paper towels. The rest perfect.

  • Nice place, terrible neighbors – Anna from Poland – June 1, 2025 (8/10)

The apartment was very clean and spacious, I liked the interior design a lot. It is in a great location right next to Piotrkowska street and 5 minutes from Łódź Fabryczna train station (on foot). The apartment has everything You may need for a sort stay. The building alone is old and shabby, but I liked it. It has a typical “Łódź” vibe, very unique.

What could be improved: The neighbors during my stay were terrible… Very noisy, they were blasting loud music even during the night, cursing at each other and Ukrainian guys sitting outside, arguing, screaming like animals. The process of check in is very easy, automatic, and You have a lot of privacy. But I guess sometimes it may turn against You when others are feeling “too comfortable” as there is nobody to monitor the situation on site.

  • Exceptional – Denis from Estonia – March 17, 2025 (10/10)

    Sauna was really good.

  • Exceptional – Volodymyr from Ukraine – February 9, 2025 (10/10)

Great, clean apartment. Pretty straightforward instructions for checking into the room

  • Overall cool stay – João from Portugal – January 17, 2025 (8/10)

Location and overall the apartment was great.

What could be improved: The instructions to get into the apartment were not available in English.

  • Wonderful – Emilia from Poland – December 9, 2024 (9/10)

What could be improved: It would be appropriate to state directly that there is an electric kettle in the room, not a coffee maker.

  • I enjoyed – Haider from Netherlands – September 5, 2024 (10/10)

    Everything is excellent

  • Perfect for a solo night in Łódź – Sarah from Germany – June 27, 2024 (9/10)

Clean and lovely renovated apartment. Comfortable bed, nice shower, great location and price

What could be improved: A fan would’ve been great as there is no AC, didn’t realize the bed was lofted and the stairs to the loft were cool looking but a bit scary/steep, the WiFi didn’t work in the lofted bed area (did in the rest of the place), the building is really old and run down
